I would have to question why you did not post under your registered screen name.  I also have to question why you put "FTC v VOIP Service Providers" since there is no legal case under that name.  While the FTC and the FCC have warned Voip Service Providers about Covid scams, this is not a Covid scam.

With a Google search FTC v VOIP Service Providers the third ftc.gov hit shows, 'halted the operations of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider Globex Telecom Inc., which allegedly played a key role in robocalling consumers to promote a credit card interest reduction scheme that bilked consumers'.

What does that case have to do with the subject of this call? For that matter why did you not refer specifically to it? I also take note that you did not post in any of those other phone number threads, the first one actually being blank, so I have to wonder why they are in your post as well.

Received call in Florida showing CID info 791-266-2741. Answered to a ILLEGAL autodialed prerecorded message / robocall calls as, 'Molly Amazon $120 charge Dayton Ohio IP address'.
