Yea you are right. it was a call from etisalat with promotions. some pple claimed that once you answer the  call you loose credit. but my credit was already negative lol so ididnt see any difference.

its from etisalat .. 800 means free service .. 144 its Greetune center ,,
so its offer from etisalat Greetune to choice a tune to your Mobile,,

I also got this call from the same code +800144 !!! 2 times and in both i did not answer.
