YES. Don't answer the call and they scrub you after a while to enable the software to focus on idiots who do answer unknown numbers. Remember, if it's genuine they'll write. This lot are just criminals trying to scam you into dialing expensive short-codes on your mobile and phone.

As most of people reported above, I too got a call from the number "+800 144"  3 times in 2 days that I missed. I have tried to call-back but in vain. Could any one have exact answer as to whom this number belongs to?

i also got a call from this number +800144 but instead of answering it by mistake i pressed cancell button and it got disconnected.
