    It's a Virgin Media offshore sales number, I just got a silent call from one of their other offshore numbers: +800-183-6408
    They use automated systems to ring up hundreds of people at once and when somebody answers everyone else just gets a silent call, I thought they'd had banned those systems as it worries some people, but obviously not.
