    The Franchise Tax Board sent me a letter to let me know that I owe some amount and should pay at a determined date. I called and made arrangements to pay.  Today I received a letter from a "Tax Investigation-2B, Riverside County Lien Records saying that I owe more, and I may be subject to investigation and that action may be taken unless a payment is made within 15 days. It included the above phone number. I believe this was a scammer.
