    tried to take advantage of my disabled mother on limited income. she has no liscense to drive or vehicle. they strong armed her for account info. i immediatly cancelled my mothers bank account and i am going to seek a lawsuit after reading these other comments.

    This company has called me repeatedly.  I spoke with a man a few days ago and after explaining to him that I would speak with my husband and we would decide, he made many excuses as to why I could not call him back or why I had to purchase today.  He stated that my car was already past the 75,000 mile warranty limit and he was not even supposed to be offering this to me anymore.  But if I purchased now I could take advantage.  I told him NO and eventually hung up on him.

    Today a woman called (even after he told me I waqs no longer eligible) and she was a quick talker.  She kept telling me to take advantage of the 30 day money back review period.  I did not and finally hung up on her.  They would not give me a website, company address, or any information that I could check them out.  I told her that I did not know her from Adam--why would I give you my money?

    Very rude man from this company wanted to sell me an extended waranty for my 1 year old truck still under waranty. After I asked to speak with his supervisor he hung up on me.  I see TONS of rip-off alearts from this company.  I am on DONOTCALL so I filed a complaint.  Recomend everyone do this if you can.

    732-903-0837 - bogus.  So is 800-228-6160 - they direct you to an "agent" and you stay on hold for ever.   When they initially called me they hung up on me when I said I had a car with miles under 5000K.  Scammers for sure.

    I worked for motor vehicle protection for over a year THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS the real name of the company is actually NATIONAL PROTECTION SERVICE my name is Ralph and i worked there for over a year they scam there employees as well out of vacation time they hide commisions on us took away our benefits they cut our hourly pay along with cutting our hours no these brilliant idiots are turning one part of the building into a daycare thanks to CARLA MAXWELL SHES THE MASTERMIND BEHIND EVERYTHING SHES AT EXT. 100 SHES THE GENERAL MANGER WHO SCAMS ALL YOU INNOCENT PEOPLE THE NUMBER THERE IS 732-920-8700 THATS THE RAL NUMBER   I SWEAR ON MY CHILDREN IT IS A SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this is the real Ralph Kistner... who ever is making comments under my idenity i cant wait to find out who it is.... yes i worked there and the company stands behind there word... there has never been any negative response about any claims that have gone unpaid... as far as whoever is throwing names out there they should get there facts straight... bottem line trust the company they do good work... and as far as carla she has always been a fare sales manger and she is very knowledgeable in her profession !!!!!

    Unlike what i have been reading, they seems really nice to me. even "seemed" to be concererned with my situtation , with a cut back in hours.. Even was willing to drop my deposit from 250 to 150 however they must increase the monthly payments.. hmmmmm ok I can see that...The red flags didnt start to appear till I recieved the "PAPERWORK".. first red flag my decutable was 100.. i was told 50 over the phone...No payment booklet inclosed 2nd red flag( but i thought ok maybe after i sign and send it back I will get that).. and the Biggest red flag of all was the automatic withdrawl from my account... What do i need and automatic withdrawl when i get a payment booklet? I told them over the phone I do not do that just incase I ned the money for other bills.. poof money was withdrawn..... I was furious.. if your in this situation dont wait.. call your bank if they withdrawl from your account without your ok... I did so with my bank and now they have to deal with my bank.. My money was returned to me by my BANK... and now my bank is gonna want there money back.... Also I keep trying to call this number and all i get is a busy signal and when it is quiting time... I get the recording of there business hours!!! now granted they could be busy after all of us are calling wanting out LOL... good luck to everyone that have been takin...and those of you lucky enough to look here first before spending anything.... tell them to get lost!!!

    I also got a call from this company and they were trying to scare me by painting scenarious where my car would break down in the middle of the highway. I had to yell at her to hang up as I was trying to be polite before by not just hangin up. They are crooks.

    Trying to sell extended car warranty, got a call from Michele in New Jersey.  When I asked how she got my number she said it was in "the system" when I asked how to get out "out of the system" she hung up.

    Motor Vehicle Protection Corporation - called me to sell  me a policy,. I wanted to call them back but they said this was my final offer for this service and that the call was computer generated and he could  not give out his name or number or call me back.  NOW WHY WOULD I WANT INSURANCE FROM AN OUTFIT LIKE THAT?

    I received a call from this company. The offer sounded very good and I had been shopping for a car warranty - so I agreed to the deal. After I hung up, I checked the BBB rating. This company is not a member of BBB, but it does have a C raqting with BBB. There are 64 complaints listed on the BBB site. I tried to call back the 800 number I was given to cancel the transaction, as well as the business number listed on the BBB website. Both numbers had recorded messages. I got so worried, I actually called my bank and they recommended cancelling the card I had used to make the transaction. This was a hassle, but I did it. Please, beware of making agreements with a companby before checking them out. I hope this ends here for me, nbut I am honestly scared.

    the rep that called me about a week ago was very helpfull and knowledgeable. I did purchase the warenty. I was very happy with the coverage brought the car in and ended up needing a new trans and alls i paid was a small deductable! this is the best investment i've could of made!!!!

    They used to be called warrantybynet too. They are just middlemen who dont pay claims. If they have a legitimate offering they wont ask you to buy on the first call, will send you a copy of the contract before you give them any money, and inspect your vehicle before selling coverage

    re: Motor Vehicle Corp. You can't seem to call them or fax them to get off their list.  I am receiving daily solicitation pre-recorded auto calls from these pathetic desperate jerks. I never contacted or called them , yet somehow they got my cell # and insist on daily calls. It's beyond annoying and invasion of privacy when it's happens continually. To me after one call it's legally defined as harassment.

    Another number that they use is 732-903-0837. They called me last week trying  to get me to put  an extended warranty  on my 1987 Pontiac which has over 150,000 miles on it. The man I talked to told me that the Government was extending the warranty time for my van. When I told him that I needed to talk it over with my wife. He kept saying that she would think it a good idea(15 years of marriage I still can't read her mind).

    I am a former employer of this company.. and I really mean FORMER. It has been 10+ yrs since I have worked there. The "Real" name of this company is National Protection Service. The physical address of this company is 393 Mantoloking Rd. Brick NJ 08723 . Phone number is (732) 262-7780 The owner is David Gartenberg, I also believe his son, Evan Gartenberg is now an owner. Carla Maxwell, is the sales manager, and yes it is true, she is extremely rude and uncaring.  This company has been in business for well over 20 years.

    While the professionalism of it's employees is less to be desired, it consists of mostly young teenage kids-early 20's. washed up drunks and drug users. The warranty they sell is legit. Their sales tactics are disgraceful, bordering unethical, but non the less legal (most of the time).

    FYI.. anytime you buy ANYTHING for a company, sight unseen, the US law REQUIRES a 30 day money back guarantee.  This is the main reason for their 30 day waiting period before you are actually able to use the warranty.

    I would recommend this warranty, but the way they sell it is shameful, and is the reason I left the job.

Owners are David Gartenberg (ext. 104) and son Evan Gartenberg (ext.113) out of Brick,N.J.. Customer Service Manager is Carla Maxwell (ext. 103). CALL AND COMPLAIN!! They keep calling even if you're on Federal Do Not Call list. They don’t care!
