Got a call fom this number on Sunday afternoon. Told us there is a mandatory government update and they need to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. We are moving and currently have ADT but are going with a local security company in our new home. We initially had set up a bid appointment with ADT for this past Wed. We cancelled it and ADT guy texted several times wanting to see us and then showed up at our house. I did not open the door.  Now...four days later we get a call about "mandatory" update. This is one reason we are leaving ADT.   When they did our original installation in 2005 we signed a contract for infrared cameras but they were not infrared. We have two exposed cables from ceiling to floor in bedroom. Horrible installation.  Jan 31, 2016

Looks like a shill for the fraud above folks - beware!

This is a scam. Called to tell me they received an alarm going off in my dining room. I know that did not happen as I was home at the time eating breakfast in THE DINING ROOM.

This phone number is also used by ADT Health.  Elderly such as my mother can get the "help I've fallen and can't get up" button that they wear around their neck.  When they fall they push the button and ADT health comes on over a base unit in the home and speaks to the person that has fallen and will dispatch fire, ambulance, or police as necessary and if the alarm goes off and no answer from the person then I assume they send all 3.  Then ADT health will contact a family member to let them know the alarm went off and let them know what they know about the situation.

Called me at 6:54 a.m. on a Saturday morning!! Did not answer. Caller ID said "unknown."

I got a call from this # @ 3:49 am.

I got a call from ADT giving a call back #. When I call, this number is a sex line...scam!!

Follow-up to an ADT service call a week earlier to ensure I was satisfied. First two calls, no message left. Third time the clue bird landed and a message was left. Good thing, after three times with no message, I assume troll and block the number.

I received a very garbled message from this number.  I could not understand who was calling, but according to this site it is ADT.  I canceled my service with them over two years ago, so this can't be on the level.  The caller ID only listed their number not their name.

ADT calling me that my alarm was going off due to my front window opening. She verified it was me and asked if I wanted the police to go out, to which I said yes because I was 1 1/2 hours away, driving home.
