I just called this number and they told me their product was for identity theft. they tried to sell me the product!I told me to take me off, and they said they would stop charging. What the heck? how did they even sign me up?!

Who is calling me at this number and tapping my bank account for 11.99?  Stop!!

I found out that this number is for privacy on your accounts however it has been cancelled as of immediately.  My husband did order it for a credit report but as I'm looking through all these complaints I cancelled it.  Make sure you check your account(s) just in case they pull this again.  BEWARE!!!!

Didn't get a call.  Charge of $129.99 against my check card.

Call the number back, they will try to sell you more membership but basically if you tell them you want to remove the charge and your "membership" they will fully refund you. You end up getting signed up if you cashed a check you received in the mail as a "rebate" from a purchase you made with a product. The tiny legal lines state you are signing up for a membership. You only have to give your mailing address to them.

They took my money of my account and I didn't tell them to do that. I was so upset because it wasn't right...but that alright they will give me my money back..."now"

12.99 has been taken out of my account for something, I did not authorize

they jsut tokk my money out of the bank and made me overdrive for 20.00 dollars, what the jeck

I received the same type of charge for 11.99 from US Bank. Called the number people provided here and said it was privacy protection offered by USBank against credit fraud. I cancelled the enrollment and demanded a refund.

You're all idiots. Every one of you signed up for Privacy Guard on your own through your financial institution.

I received a call from this number and it's for a life insurance policy.  I went online to request some quotes earlier this week.  They were very polite and not at all pushy like most companies.  I read some of the other messages about money being debited from their debit/bank and I am not missing any money...I will keep checking my account though.

Had to step in to help my elderly mother cope with credit card fraud and discovered that her bank account is being charged for TWO fraud detection services:  "Idsecur(month)" for $14.99/month, and "Privgrd(month)" for $13.99/month.  Regions customer service rep was not forthcoming about information on either of these companies.  Apparently they are for the same identity & credit card fraud "services".  Very sad when our elderly are so callously treated.

Just found out my account was taped also. I thought my wife had wrote a check to them . My att sent me message saying I had been hacked by a3 party better talk with our bank
