The "idiot" posted almost 4 years ago! There was only one "idiot" but you posted three very, very, late replies.   What is the saying?  "Takes one to know one".

They dont leave voicemails

I, too, am an agent and have a policy with them and no, this is not them. Since when do they call twice in one day, four days before the due date. Heck, since when do they ever call for payment?

I actually called their main number today and they confirmed that it is them and apologized for the system calling multiple times.

called three times. I finally called them back and they said they were Progressive Insurance. I told them I would drop a check off to my agent on Monday after I got paid,  Then they wanted to set up a payment now to come out of my account on Tuesday my due date. She got a little nasty when I said I would deal with my agent.

It is from Progressive, calling as a reminder payment is due. Its the end of the policy period and i have a reminder notification in my account.

They have called twice, no message was left.
