It was an unknown call.

Received the call as First National Bank Omaha which wokrs for JAL USA Card. It was a legitimate call.

I discontinued the call and then called the number on the back of my First Bankcard.  They had a record of my call to 288-4206.  it is a legitimate number

Looked up the number for the actual bank online and called my credit card companies. It is a scam.

This is a legitimate number. The call went to voicemail. Instructions to call this number and provide a reference number. I called FNB Omaha Customer Service. The Fraud Dept. called because of unusual activity. Charges of charitable donations and computers were declined.

Why would First National Bank of Omaha send this number in a e.mail, they should call you and write a letter, I don't answer these type of notices and First National should recognize in this day and age this is a bad idea

Got a call from this number at work AND they called my daughter at work also.  SCAM!

got a email from First Bank Card  with the number to call back 800 288 4206  to call this number about 5 transactions on my card reading this account some say it is a SCAM and others say it is a real number .

I called back and he said the reference # was for automated system only and wanted my card #  or my full social security number. I hung up.............I feel this is a scam for sure!

This is legit phone # from First Bank of Omaha fraud dept.  They have security info on me that confirmed my info.  All I gave them was my name.  A fraudulent merchant was attempting to use my card to see if it was still opened.

The reports on this page are mixed; some maintain it is the number for First Bank of Omaha fraud department while others claim the bank denies using this number.  Here's the best way to handle any call regarding your bank or credit card information:  CALL THE NUMBER ON YOUR CARD.  It's that simple.  If there's a problem with your account you will be directed to the right department.  The number may be valid for your call but numbers can be spoofed.  Most CC companies and banks include instructions to call the number on your card when you receive such a message or call.  It is the reasonable, safe, secure way to deal with potential fraud.
