Report a phone call from 800-298-9920 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Super AnnoyedGot a call on Monday from 1-800-298-9920 at 3:18 PM CST,
a call yesterday from 1-800-307-3588 at 4:49 PM CST, and
a call today from 1-800-316-1343 at 12:47 PM CST.
I picked up the last call, and no one answered. The first two did not leave a VM. These calls are going to my cell phone.
I don't remember signing up for any white paper, and I don't agree with Mike. There is no reason for anyone to be nice to Global Knowledge if a company constantly calls with 1-800-numbers and not leave any VM or not answer a phone call. Anyone has the right to be rude from being bombarded with phone calls during work and not show any phone etiquettes.
Why do we have to call Global Knowledge to tell them that we don't want your cars anymore when they want our business? This is not one professional speaking to another. Your calls are at the level of a telemarketer and debt collector, just trying to find ways to your hands inches away from money.
1-* not annoyed
10-* super annoyed

Thank you!- Caller: Global Knowledge
- FlyboyThe caller is Global Knowledge. If you register for more information on IT training they will auto dial you to follow up. Global Knowledge is a reputable IT training company and if you would like to unlist your number you can find their main phone number on thier website www.globalknowledge.com. I called and they removed me right away. This one is harmless.
- Caller: Global Knowledge
- Shawn**Mike** "Kindly" up yours, I never asked Global Knowledge to call my cell everyday... You act like I asked for it.
F**kin Loser!- Caller: Global Knowledge
- peterBeen receiving calls twice a day 9am, 3pm from this telemarketing machine.
Learned to not anwser anyphone number which does not provide Caller ID.
Finally called up and asked they please remove my number from their autodial list.
It's worth calling and asking to be removed from their autodial list.- Caller: Global Knowledge
- <SKATER]got a call on my cell. called back. they answered Global Knowledge. they got my name and number through TechRepublic.com when I downloaded a whitepaper. They were just checking to see if I needed anything IT related as far as services and training. The person on the other end was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.
- Caller: Global Knowledge
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Robert Hammell replies to MikeHey Mike! Guess what? Your unwanted calls continue to this day; as of 4 minutes ago, to be precise. So after attempting to be "kindly" as you put it, I'll now be a bit more direct: KNOCK IT OFF NOW! One more call from you guys and I'm sending a formal complaint to the FCC, naming you as the responsible party.
- anonymousAll you have to do is call them back and ask to be removed from their call list. Chances are you attended a seminar or visted their web site and asked for further information.
Case closed.- Caller: Global Knowledge
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Devan Hamlin Crow replies to MikeWell that is a lie. I just got a call and guess what. NO Message. I have Google Voice, so I can block your stupid calls. Bye bye for ever. If you want google voice as well, call me at 580-786-1043. And dont try to spam me as I will block you after the first call too.
- RyanContacting a personal phone is outdated and annoying Mike (or any other global knowlegde rep seeing this), you need to contact through email. Even if I wanted training, I would seek it out and definetly not go with a company that cold-called my cell phone several times. GET WITH THE TIMES YOU ARE UPSETTING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

- Rob replies to MikeOkay, mike, I did try it your way once with no results. The calls keep coming to my mobile phone and I am sick of it. If I get one more call from you firm I will contact the FCC and lodge a complaint against you. Enough is enough!
- Do Not CallGlobal Knowledge needs to adhere to the Do Not Call list.
- Mama C replies to MikeYa well I called back and was on hold for 30 minutes. I too recieved constant calls and then they would hang up. Sorry no kindness in that
- Allen replies to MikeMike, My company does cold calling all the time. It's ridiculous that you don't leave a message, and how the heck am I supposed to know that calling back is how I get you to stop bothering me like a 2-yr-old. Also the one time I picked up, someone asked me my name, I said yes that's me and then it hung up.
You need a better auto-dialer if it is indeed your auto-dialer. - Mark L replies to MikeMike,
I've been getting your 800.298.9920 calls twice a day every day for a week since i downloaded one of your white papers from tech republic.
there is never anyone on the other end. I wait a full 10 seconds before disconnecting.
there is never a voice message.
Your phone dialers activity falls within the scope of, and acts very similar to malicious activity. To me it looks like your phone dialer is war dialing numbers and flagging those that actually are valid (by someone picking them up) ... and then what do you do with that info Mike?
I will cease downloading your white papers, and cease recommending your products.
Thank you
... thats me kindly telling you, your systems will loose you more customers than your dialer can provide you valid numbers for
r/
Mark L - Jackson replies to MikeYou are lying, simple as that.
As many others have already reported, callers from this number WILL NOT leave you a message. At least in my case they have been calling every single day this week and never left a message even though I guarantee they will go to voicemail after 4 rings, max.
Since you lied about that fact, the rest cannot be trusted either (that they will remove your number). - SG replies to MikeNo, you do not leave voice mails, despite that I have a fully functional one.
I will NOT be KIND to people calling repeatedly without callier ID and without being asked to do so.
Annoying your potential customers is a VERY dumb business practice.
Rest assured that you will never see any business from any company I work for, and I am currently at a VERY large IT company... - Hater replies to MikeI hate to say that GK is one of the least professional organizations I have dealt with. yes, I have dealt with GK in the past and never shall again. The GK phone centre reps are pure sales and only looking for quick sales. GK could do a lot better by allowing their local offices to take care of customer relations.
You cold call, then tell the expecting victim of an unsolicited interruption in their lives to be "kind" when spending more time of their lives to tell you that an unsolicited phone call is unwanted???
Get real, fool! If I wanted a call from you I would request it. Ya think???? If you'd like: post your home phone number and we can all give you a call whenever we'd like to explain this to you personally.
Marketing idiots... GAWD! - No Message left on my work phone replies to MikeWell they did not leave a message on my landline like you say......
