I had received this call from a guy named "Michael." He only confirmed about the pricing with the item and not with the order itself. I thought everything was okay till he asked for my credit card info. I used a different info with a alternative number and received a call from him again. Dell has a security breach with the live chat. I really do hope they will fix this at some point. Avoid giving any info, companies are not allowed to ask for credit cards over the phone period.

Called around 1pm verifying address which was wrong and I did not tell them it was. Then wanted names and names of the other companies around us.  I don't get paid to do your research for you sir. Broken English and very pushy.  He finally gave up when I told him that no one around here does anything and we are all nameless.

called my office asking what our address was then asked who the office manager was. I put him on hold so I could google the number :-) and then he hung up. As most of the other reports appear, it seems to me that this is a phisher/scammer. Don't give these low lifes info!
