this company is  still calling me about a loan that I am in a program to get it paid.  I am not going to pay twice
for the same loan.

I don't know the policies of the State of New York, but I know that they are very similar to NJ  I think I found out be entering a general search on AOL.  These phone people are paper tigers.  All Bark and no bite. They bank on you getting flustered or scared.  They have no power and they know it.  Jst don't give them any information, whatsoever. They still call me but I mess with their head - I just repeat everything back to them as they say it to me.  Makes them crazy.

You can refer them to the program that you are using.  Do not give them any of your information.

These people call all day long. They even call me at work. I told them not to call my place of employment and they still continue to call! I thought once you tell them not to call your poe their not supposed to.

I don't answer any calls from unknown numbers

If they keep calling you you may have get a lawyer.Or tell them if they keep harassing you.You're going to call the police.I seriousily don't know what you could do.May have to report them Fair Act something I forgot the rest.Call them!?
