Just got the same message as caller 19 Nov.  My bank had called me this morning to advise mis-use and I had to cancel my card.  This is a scam....  I did not make any online bank transfer with Western.

I tried to send money to an individual in Ghana.  After getting tracking number from WU, I received a call from an individual who said that WU had made a "business decision" and that I could not use their service.  He said that he would send me a form to complete.  Still waiting for form.  Reported incident to WU.  

Stupid sister got cashfished once by person claiming to be a certain soldier in Afghanistan  And he was a scammer in nigeria and shes been sending someone money to this number.how dumb

Asian sounding woman knew me by name said she was from western union and I immediately shut her down. Said not falling for her scam and hung up.

The Caller ID only shows this caller as TOLL-FREE-CALLER only. This caller keep on calling at all hours of the day or night repeatedly. This caller never ever leave any message upon my answering machine. And if I try calling back this caller never ever answer my call, and let the phone rings off the hook instead. I am only able to block so many of these type of callers at one time. I wish there was some way I could block this type of caller. There's a lot of misunderstanding with the "do not call" list. It only keeps legitimate marketers from contacting you, not the unscrupulous ones. That's why most of them hang up. They're hoping for a live voice, preferably a senior, who they can catch off-guard and spew their nonsense, and maybe even get a credit card payment. I have caller ID and I just don't pick up calls from numbers I don't recognize. And never, ever has one left me a voice-mail! Better federal legislation is desperately needed, but good luck with that. The most you'll ever get is a crappy Sunday news conference by a phony like NY's Sen. Schumer or worst, but nothing will ever happen.

send a transaction via western union and the money was not cashed, l complained at western union and was
told to send an e-mail to wukycreview@westernunion.com and l did and got a bogus reply saying l should send
these documents for them to review my account. These are the surprising documents:-  Full name, address, phone,
e-mail, date of birth, occupation, mortgage statements or loan statements, employer name, tax statement, medical bills statement, property title, business registration and company letterhead stating your occupation.
If you can think  that a normal person to send all these datails to a scammer.  These include NI NUMBER, BANK DETAILS,
NHS NUMBER, YOUR MORTGAGE, YOR COMPANY, YOUR DATE OF BIRTH AND YOUR FULL ADDRESS.
A fool will do that.  I just hang up and never had from them again.

My bf got a snail mail  it says from COLLECTCENTS he purchased a car but along time ago he know he already paid it bcoz the bank pulled the car. He says he need to settled $13k and asking to pay at WU and other bank name. And they say he need to call to this number. I know my bf pay before bcoz he scared.

I received a call from this number identifying themselves a Western Union.  They had the last 4 of my debit card and identified a charge on my card which I declined and quickly called my bank.  I would like to know how they got my number and who it was from this company that charged my bank account.  Now I must re do a lot of accounts in order to protect myself from them!!!

Unwanted Calls from this number.

Foreign man named Don Beaven calling on behalf of Keaten Managment (supposedly part of Microsoft).  Has called at least 30 times in 2 days.  Harrassing

Really confused ! This number is on the western union website yet it is a scammer ! How do we get ahold of the real western union .. Jesus this is ridiculous bec of western union all of my info is shared ... Smh

Got the phone call from a guy saying he wants to confirm something about western union with deferent accent from India and I said that western union don't call me never and said I didn't know who he was after 2 minutes he hang up with me . It was a scam probably . Watch out

Received a voicemail today from this number.  The message said that a payment I'd sent to Denver Federal Savings was returned to them due to insufficient funds.  I've never been to Denver, and have never sent anyone money via Western Union.
