800-332-7563 is an automated messaging system from HMO  Kaiser Permanente for patient notification. If you answer you will be prompted to retrieve a message, the message will be either for patient appointments, lab results or pharmacy. No voice message will ever be left on your phone or machine.

I received two calls this week and did not answer,  so I called the number and it was Kaiser.   I am a Kaiser member and the calls was to remind me of an appt.

800.332.7563 called and left a voice message claiming to be Kaiser Permenete.  The message had a call back number of 888.457.8378 and asked to have your kaiser card 'handy.'  

IT IS A SCAMMMMMMMM!!!!! They want your credit card number for a 'free bahamas trip.'

I am with Kaiser.  I work in a government office and cannot answer my cel phone.  Kaiser knows not to call me on my cel phone during the week
This number calls me on my cel phone during the week--sometimes three or more timestimes an hour.  Kaiser knows to call me on my office phone and/or to send me a post card.

Got a call saying that that this is from Kaiser Permanent and I have a message waiting for me for the patient notification system.  It instructed me to call back to 888-457-8378 and make sure that I have my Kaiser Card ready.  When I did call the 888 number, it is a Skytel system requesting a pin to which the original message did not include.  The system promptly hung up after 3 missed tries.  I contacted Kaiser Permanent members services and was told that Kaiser does not contract with Skytel and is not aware of any messaging of this time.

This was Kaiser advising of a message.  It was my ortho office leaving me a message because my cell v/m box was full.

I got two call this week - one went to VM the other I just picked up - they asked for my mediical number then my date of birth - at that point I hung up - I don't like this seems odd and could be a forged "Called From" number

Fraud for collecting medical ID number for prescription fraud and ID theft. Scammers will use info to match with resident address from junk mail listings and telephone number from robocall listings. Beware of mysterious prescriptions being ordered and check to make sure your medical account did not have its contact information and mailing address changed or otherwise hijacked. Question if billed for prescriptions you did not order .

I entered my prescription number but only got hung up after a long waiting period.

Then I got a mysterious bill from Blue Shield for pain medication I did not order. Had a hassle sorting that out.

Scam call. Kaiser sends email notifications and asks you to login to your account to view them. These scumbags are just trying to get your personal info
