800 337 6884. No message and No answer when trying to call it. Does anyone know the name of this company?

Got a call with no message, just a time received and phone number.

They left me a message about a student loan account,  When you call back the system try's or persuade  you to enter your SS#, and as fare as my best knowledge goes you don't give your social over the phone.
Finally when they answered the phone , they ask again for the SS# which i refuse to give so they ask my phone to trace why they are calling me, Then they hang up.  Try again impossible to get some one on the phone.

They say they are Ed Financial and want to know the address associated with my phone number.

They called my cell phone asking for my son.  The guy said he wanted to speak to my son about his student loan.  I told him that my son did not have a student loan. He said yes he did and to please give him the message to call him back.  I again said he did not have a student loan.  Guy became very rushed and said  give him my message.  After reading other comments, I believe this might be a set up for a scam.

The first half of the message left on my phone was cut off, they've called me two days in a row. Don't know who it is
