Caller left message on my cell and work phone threatening some bad check lawsuit and I needed to call to prevent it. Guy acted like he was some agent of law enforcement on my phone - just some punk named Hernandez or something. I have no clue what he is going on about. Some case number 001415-1 or something. Sounds like a scam artist company.

An Agent George left a message on my voicemail today for you to call him about a lawsuit against you for Misrepresentation of checking account securing services.  Case number 01890-0.  He wants you to call 800-344-3615 at Ext 107 within 24 hours or he would proceed with action.  I could not make out on the voicemail what organization he was representing.

Hi Peggy, someone from Hollander Chase & Associates contacted me on yesterday saying that I will be be going to jail for check fraud if I don't pay a certain amount by 4PM today. When I asked talked to soomeone by the name of Agent Micheal Jaggor, he was trying to tell me I can be arrested for a payday loan that is already on my credit report. When I asked him to send me the paper work on that informationhe stated that he will send that over onces I make a payment!! WoW who do he think he is talking to!!!

Sum guy named Steve Jones called me from this number said he tried to reach me several times. But never indicated what it was about or where he was from. Don't know who these people are or how they got my work number.

i have been getting several messages from this charecter sounds like this are conmen from reading about  this "law firm" the DOJ shoud go after them

This Hollander Chase and Ass. called my mother's house and left a message that they were in dire need to get ahold of me and it was in my best interest for me to return their call. They said my name wrong (Crystal) and then referred to me as a he, he said his name was Christopher Weiss and he was an investigator. (BULL CHIT!!!)

Calling my WORK number 3 times a day with a recorded message, makes me look very bad to my employers. Called them to take my number off the list and they said the will, we'll see.

It's a pre-recorded message thats sent through an auto dialer. 1000's of people get called and they pray someone will call them bad. Steve Jones does sound like a dick!
