how do you know they dont pay their bills?

do u work for them? You said you would never call her so are you a bill collector?

Don't pay these people, first off Tameka penister the owner does not pay her employees, she uses them for 3 weeks and lets them go with no intent on paying them. The debts are maybe 150.00 she adds 500. Dollars on to it. They are very mean, rude and less than honest people. The worst part is tameka claims to be a christian women. She is also being sued and is in trouble with the irs. There is also 3 otther collection agencies collecting on these debts.  She also moves aroind a lot. Once u pay the debt she sells it to another agency.  This women is a devil. She owed 8 other people a pay check and will not pick up her phone. If u can go thru the creditor to pay the debt. Even if u pay u will still owe.

I worked for them so what i will say is the job is legit... on the other hand the accounts they were getting were old or duplications. & yes several of the people were VERY rude to the debtors. As far as management they are completely full of [***]!!! My advice if you do owe ANYTHING deal w/ that company directly vs risking being possibly scammed by PCA!!!!!'!!

They sure don't pay their bills. I paid them off back in October of 2013 and they have not paid the money back to the debtor.
