I'm following up on a previous voice message left in regards to wage deduction that was never responded to or resolve . The wage garnishment paperwork is being processed to avoid further action . I get these calls too. They use a last name I legally changed 23 years ago, and threaten garnishment of my “disposable income” as well. They have yet to mail me the information about the alleged debt, and never leave the name of the alleged creditor.

If you go on Bizpedia, you'll find the principle address for this company including it's only contact listed as America Direct LLC also the owner.  Bisprofiles lists the managers of America Direct LLC.  and their respective corporate addresses.  I could not find a website for Legal Action Team nor for America Direct LLC.
The tricky bit is distinguishing real from fake or zombie debt collectors.  Take a few minutes to read the FTC's warning about phantom debt collectors and the CFPB's post on distinguishing real from fake debt collectors.
