That's the recording I got on call back as well.  At the bottom of this page, Empower says it is the combination of three different retirement plans and it lists this number suggesting you call it if you are a previous wells fargo customer and have questions.

One site results in download of a PDF from Wells Fargo regarding retirement plans for the Mid Atlantic Fleet Readiness and it lists this number if you are in Guam.
This site:https://www.iwlocal3.com/news-details/webview/contact-info/single/17468 lists this number for benefits information for Pennsylvania Iron Workers union.  This is one of those WTH moments?  If you have a retirement plan with Wells Fargo or PA iron workers or any of the other organizations which claim this number as an information number for retirement benefits call that organization or company using the published number on the site.  Someone may be spoofing the number in a phishing attempt or some sort of scam but I would refrain from answering and giving any information.
