Your post makes a heck of a lot of sense!  Buying over renting at that rate - why not, unless these are prone to faulting every 4 or 5 years?  Anyway, in my case I have these idiots calling me up several times a day, every day.  I don't answer, and they don't leave a msg.  I've tried telling them to leave me alone as I don't have a water unit to insure/replace.  For some reason though, they just won't stop calling.

If they had an office in my home town though, well, I'd be tempted to pop down with a few raw eggs and express my feelings around their office.

I emailed the Gemma address that someone noted above, and there is a "Contact Us" button so I clicked on it and you can email them,  I emailed to remove my number from their list and stated I am a Reliance customer (water heater) but did not want any further telemarketing calls - hopefully it will work

2nd call in as many days. As with other posts it is a telemarketing firm Gemma acting on behalf of Reliance. Asked Reliance to remove my name from its calling list wrt solicitations from 3rd party telemarketers. Expect that I will eventually buy out the heater from Reliance as the cost and relatively small chance of failure make renting uneconomical.

I just got a call from this number , they asked for my husband. He couldn't understand the person. So we hung up.Whata can we do to stop them from calling us???? This is a nuisance. We want it to stop.

Strange that this is a number for the reliance furnace... We don't use them for our furnace at all
