It's Harry and David. If you have a pending delivery they will call to confirm etc. Also- if you're a regular customer their outbound sales team will call you to "promote" specials etc.... by the way, try the Moose Munch! its worth every calorie...

I've contacted Harry & David and asked them not to call me again. I am a regular customer, I don't mind emails but the calls are annoying. Just email Customer Service and ask to be removed from their call list.

This number belongs to Harry and David (fresh fruit) and their other fruit companies.  If you ever did business with them I guess they can call you.  If you don't want to receive their calls just tell them.

This number belongs to Harry & David.  The caller politely identified himself with his name and the name of the company.  I have ordered from them in the past.  They were calling to offer unadvertised specials.

I ordered from them in Oct 2010; since then its taken several complains and "cases" to have me removed from their marketing calls and email spam. Now, 10 months later (Nov 2011), they have started up again!  Here is the email I sent their Customer Service today (11/3/2011) to stop again:

Between this case and another, I thought it was CLEAR that I was to be removed from your marketing offers.  Today I have received several calls from 800-397-0091 from your "Sales department" to offer me specials.  On the calls I didn't answer there was no voice message, and the one I did, no one came on the line after the announcement.

Checking the number on the internet via Google, you can see the number of annoyed individuals!

Its obvious that your do not solicit policy is a joke; I am so sorry that I ever ordered from you to begin with. You do not respect my privacy as a customer and I will certainly spread the word via emails to friends and coworkers to avoid your company, unless of course they like to receive SPAM forever!

STOP ANNOYING ME AND FORGET YOU EVERY HAD ME AS A CUSTOMER BY DELETING MY RECORDS!

It's Harry & David or an associated company (H&D was bought from the original owners a while back). If you've ordered from them in the last 18 months, they're exempt from the Do Not Call list as an established business relationship - but they'd never tried to telemarket before, so it wasn't an issue.

Log onto their website, then go to Your Account > Contact Preferences > Phone Preferences: > [X] Contact me for service related issues only. Good time to adjust email preferences on the same page as well.

Or, for that matter, go to Your Account > Account Details > Billing Address > find the phone number field and just delete your phone number - it's optional, not required

I NEVER answer numbers I do not recognize. That's what Caller ID is for. If it's important they should/would leave a message. Then I block the caller. Sometimes look up number as I did this one and found this site. The Do Not Call List is useless. I get calls almost everyday from unknown callers.

The 1-800 397-0091 number ID as Bear Creek Corporation is a Telemarketing Company posted "as" out of OR State Garden Co. They are very very persistent. They may call us once or twice weekly or daily - we do not pick up. These calls are from 1-800-flowers Corp. which now owns 8 companies including Harry & David, Cheryl's Cookies and Wolferman's. The 1-800-flowers "buy out" owners have now hired rude and unprofessional foreign phone reps. to take over most of the 8 companie's customer service calls especially on the off hours. Harry & David still has some lovely classy customer service people left...I call on H & D's old phone number from past years (30yrs) to reach them. If I get a National Representative wanting to know which of the 8 companies I want - UGH - they do not listen, they even voided an extensive order placed "weeks" ago at the H & D site even though I was calling about a current Cheryl's Cookies order I just placed. They often hang up saying "they will check in the computer and please hold"! I'm ordering less and less from those 8 companies and online only.

Calls daily. Hangs up on machine. Blocked

Called and did not leave a message.  If they're Harry and David, I can't believe they'd be calling and not leaving a message.  They've already sent me catalogs.  They've never called me before.

Thank you for the information.  They already know not to call me, so I'm glad I ignored them.  Who the F calls someone the evening before a major holiday? I'll let them know to remove me. Again.

They called telling me i am a loyal customer and i have received free shipping on my next order. I felt it was a scam, from the get go. I told her i wasn't interested in making a purchase at this time and asked if i was could i get a code? She said, they don"t do that!
If i wanted to make a purchase i could do so by calling this number back.  Leave a message  concerning harry and david and she would pick up the phone.  Total scam don"t give out your personal info to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received 3 calls from this number today. Did not answer. No message was left. I have ordered from Harry and David in the past so perhaps these calls are from them. Am thankful for this website to be able to check numbers from unwanted calls.

Could be someone pretending to be from H&D.
