Missed a call from this number to my cell phone.  An automated message was left, but began before my voice mail's greeting was done, so all I got of the message was "...M.D."  Called the number back and was kept on hold for over ten minutes.  When they finally answered it was a collection agency calling because a local hospital had made a mistake and had me listed as the responsible party for a patient who had the same name as me.  The hospital had told me they fixed this a month before, so I'm thinking both the hospital and the collection agency are pretty much clueless.  The collection agency apologized and said they would fix the incorrect info, but I'd be willing to bet that there'll be several more phone calls before they figure out which way is up.

Got a call from this number, was a "Brevard Emergency Services" called back to see what it was. And it seems that in April 2011 i was in hospital and racked up a 45k bill........Even though I don't live anywhere close to the state of florida, and was in Canada when this supposed bill was being made. I sent over my plane ticket, and my hotel info so they could see that they have the name right but was def. not me. And that was about a month ago. To date, they call my phone and are set in stone that it was me. Even though I have friends and family calling to state it was not me..... I have my credit card receipts for the day that they say i used this hospitals services, hell i even have video of me in Vancouver BC on the day that I was at the same time in a place called Palm Bay florida.......Then these idiots are well what is your birthdate.... so i tell them to check out the faxed photo copy of my oregon id that i sent them when I faxed over my trip details to prove they have the wrong damn person. Then they had to ask the ultimate stupid question. What is your social security number.....LMFAO I said for her to give me hers and when she does then I will give her mine...... what the ****.....So anyways these aren't the brightest bunch of people, but i guess when people who don't graduate high school gotta get a job somewhere......

Yes this company should be canned by all hospitals and doctors, they screwed up so bad and misrepresent themselves that I refuse to have our families use them until they stop using them, if they are indeed lecit or not. If I owe money I will send it to the doctor since there are so many scams out there. They are at the very least rude, unethical, and deceiving and unprofessional in their business practices. Dont give them any info ask them who they are they said they were dr. x on bill but could not tell me other than we represent several drs and clinics. Not buying what they are saying wether legit or not there is nothing that says we are a third party collection service for doctor. Illegal unethical. Sorry doc, you picked them not another dime fromn us. turned out if it was real insurance already paid em.

The company called my cell phone and said they were Castle Medical Center when they left the msg. for Richard. I called them back to tell them they had the wrong number. When they answer they only say "Business Office" no company name. I spoke with a rep. and he suggested my number was not in their system and they would not be calling back.  He never asked for the account number they left. I initiated and gave him the account number and he looked it up.  Oh yeah, he said I see, then nothing else.  Hunh?  This seems like one of those scam collection agencies. They are very vague with information and this guy had no explanation as to how this happened.  I'm going to be leery of them if they call again.  They may be fishing.

I had a call from 800-404-6627 saying they were calling from my Dr Office, for a lab I had done just 3 weeks ago, my insurance just sent me my cost of share $35.00 this is no debt I told them I was hanging up and calling my doctors office in the morning....weird!

Do not pay these vultures, they are only an collection agency, negotiate with your hospital if you have issues. They have no contract with you and hence no legal right to call and hassle anyone. simply block the number or tell them you charge for your services at $750 per hour and for every mistake phone call you have to deal with will be chargeable, get them to understand that first, and watch how quickly they delete your information, I cannot stress this enough, they do not have a contract with you unless you consent, consent is given via you full name and date of birth. These people pray on people for money you don't owe them, and people have even been known to commit suicide because of debt. They all need to go and be pushed out of business.

Keep in mind a doctor must pass an exam to receive a license to "practice" medicine.  Those exams are pass/fail.  Just think, some of those doctors would have gotten B & C's if it wasn't pass/fail.  Start asking your doctors what their GPA was in medical school and you'll find who the A students were; or were not.

Callerid said Billing office with a local number(510-455-2066). They left a recording voicemail with my stepmom name & an acct.# saying it was a personal matter & to call them back at 1-800-404-6627. First of all, my stepmom's deceased & why are they calling me & how did they get my unlisted number? I will call them back tomorrow to see what they have to say & will post an update.

I was awakened by a call from this number today. I listened to a voice message stating it was Hemet Medical Services pleased to be providing me services calling about a business matter. Voice rattled off reference # of 7 or 8 digits.  No way I could write that down or recall it. Voice said I could call from 7am to 6 pm weekdays. I will say I'm vulnerable today as I had Tooth extracted by oral surgeon my dental office had me sign approval for. My health provider is not and never has been with this alleged company. Insurance from my former employer has covered all my medical for 15 years. I smell a scam.
