Early in the morning.  No message.

Get these calls at least but not limited to four (4) times every day.  Never a message so I don't answer them.

Harrassing phone calls to my private cell number. I want it stopped immediately.

Receive about 1 call every 1/2 hr Monday through Sunday from morning to night. It started about 4 months ago. (Apr 09) The first message left was received & it was unclear.  I was only able to hear a man with an India accent,sat the word Chase, and I would like to help you with your account, the rest was garbled.  I called Chase on their general customer service phone number and they did not have any information. I picked up the calls and no one answers when I say hello, it's probably a computer calling. There are about 15 hang ups calls on my cell voice messages daily.  I have a pay as you go phone, I will probably have to change my number. However, I will try to send a fax as suggested by C.G. above in Oct 08.

Received a LETTER ON [what looked like] CHASE LETTER HEAD with the 800-424 -5004 number to call because our account was overdue and we were going to be turned into credit bureau.
Since, we knew that we had paid…
I looked online and called Chase directly.
This is a fraudulent letter.  
Chase and any other bank would never put a number to call on an email or in a letter….because of fraud.  Any correspondence would say to call the number on the back of your credit card!
