They have my cell phone number and call every couple of days.  These calls are completely unsolicited.  I do not answer.

i didnt ask any information and now im getting these calls

I did ask for info but that doesn't give them the right to inconvenience me with these nuisance calls.  It's annoying and I know they can find another way to market their school without being a pain in the behind.

I requested information for an entirely different school and they not only call my cell phone 2-5 times a day...sometimes back to back...but I provided (for the other school) a work number in case they couldn't get me on my cell. and I get called at work a few times a week...and you know what? The school I requested info for...Still hasn't called me.

why does this phone number keep ringing every day sometimes 3 times a day?

If you received a call from 800-424-9595 the originating call is from Liberty Univeristy (www.luonline.com or www.liberty.edu) Liberty is the largest protestant college in the U.S. The school is accredited through State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, Association of Christian Schools International, The National Collegiate Athletic Association, and National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. If you go to the above mentioned websites and call the 800 number an ask to be removed from the calling list they will help you out.

I just got a call from them... in Alberta, Canada. I've never heard of them, I couldn't even attend there if I wanted, AND I'm done college already. They just called me out of the blue and spammed my voicemail.

Thanks for the info LU Grad.     I asked about info from Liberty University.  But golly bum I never
thought they would be such a pest.  I guess there is such a thing as someone being too helpful.

I went to their website, http://www.luonline.com and clicked on the "Chat Live" link and the support person said they would get the calls stopped for me.
