Only those bastions of ignorance believe that Midland Credit Management is infallible like the Pope and never ever turns an autodialer against the wrong parties umpteen times a day, as part of an auto-piloted campaign to collect and sue for aged account claims they cannot defend with straight faces without shooting a pint of Novocaine into their cheeks.

Only those angry flunkies avert their eyes from the long history of lawsuits against MCM and their Encore Capital masters, peaking with a great CFPB thunderbolt almost nine years ago:

They call every day and don’t leave messages.  When I called them back they wanted ne to confirm my phone number and provide my name without telling me who they were calling.  I refused to give them a name to associate with my phone number and insisted they tell me who they were trying to reach.  The call ended with no actual information exchanged

They are a debt collection agency that already has all your information so why would they need to harvest it?
