Why are these numbers allowed to call when there is a DO NOT CALL registered on my phone number.

Are you a licensed speech therapist?  They want to offer you a job.

Headhunters. Do they buy phone numbers from ASHA or state therapist organizations, or are they just abusing an organization's member directory?  Either way, they leave ridiculously long-winded messages.

Thie is Invocare offering contract jobs to varoius therapy professionals.  I asked how they got my name and number as I had not contacted them and the person said I don't know".  They must have a list.

You can buy names and phone numbers from your state speech and hearing association. That is how you get cold calls and flyers

They somehow called my mother's cell phone number who lives an hour a way and left a message for me saying they had a school psych job offer. This was odd as I have never applied anywhere and because I have never used her cell phone number on anything except health care provider emergency contacts. Sounds like someone has hacked something or completely bought an inappropriate list. It makes me both angry and uneasy.

They called my house phone TWICE. NO idea why. They are out of Pennsylvania... are physical therapists. I am NOWHERE near Pennsylvania nor am I in the medical field.
