Naviss is the WORST RIP OFF EVER!!!! Deceptively tricking individuals into thinking their coverage has expired and bullying them into buying their product is a horrible business. As one who had purchased their "warranty" and then trying to cancel it, I was ready to strangle them through the phone. They do EVERYTHING under the sun to avoid the cancellation. The 2 people I spoke too tried to convince me how their warranty was so much better than the factory EXTENDED warranty and stated their scripted facts repeatedly. If this was such a legit situation, why aren't their MORE of them out there? This company also does NOT take direct payments, they bill through Paylink!!!! This should be an indication of how shotty and deceptive this company really is.

PLEASE follow Lisa's link as this is NOT A BBB RATED COMPANY!!! There is a reason for their rating system.

2nd attempt letter  for extended warranty for Acura 2005 , addressed to my husband who died in 2004, never owned an Acura or any other car for that matter as he didn't know how to drive. Just a bit suspicious don't you think?

After 30 minutes and 42 seconds on the phone, talking with three people, the price and terms were adjusted from $395 down and 12 monthly payments of $292.00, to $80.00 down and $78.98 per month, every month.

The last offer was given by the third guy that came on the phone, was very smooth and he was obviously a "drop man."  He had all the answers and dropped the price twice.  I asked to have the policy sent to me and he explained why they can't do that.  He also said that if I did not put the $80.00 down "Right Now" he could not guarantee the price.

My notice was also the second notice and looked very official.  The bottom line is that the coverage is very expensive and it appears that they are asking you to buy a pig in a poke.  It is difficult to find any factual information on Naviiss Direct, their website doesn't even have an address on it and when you click on "Complaints about Naviss,"  it takes you back to their website.  Seems like a great story for 60 Minutes to cover.

This company sent multiple request pressuring my 80 year old mother in buying this coverage.   She paid them  for this policy and has never received any paper policy for us to review. Please help us get a policy or cancel it . She paid over phone with a check# 1011. She talked with Justin and with Andrew. Her coverage per say is through 2016. This company or persons need to be  STOPPED
