So I got a call from this number today, I believe it was my first time. I'm not to sure on that because I get a 800 call at least once a day and most of the time it's some survey, or congrats we can send to on a dream cruse or some other BS.. so I usually ignore it. Anyhow I was feeling a little risky today and wanted to tell them to leave me alone rather then just hit a button to passify myslef for the day.  So I answer and it says they are looking for me (had the right name) about an important business matter and to please call back with my business information. I'm a former Marine, married to a Marine and going to college.. so ummmm I don't have a business, not even anything like Scentsy or Avon...etc.  So I called it back, and was on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer.  Yes I did wait the two hours my kids were napping and I was writing a paper so I just let the phone sit on speaker waiting. No one ever answered, so I hung up and called back waited 5 more mins and then hit 5 to leave a message, which was none to nice I said "this is Haley **** and my number is *****, I have recieved a call from this company to which I have no clue about, and I'm calling back how ever I do not own a business to have a business number to give you, can a LIVE person please give me a call back and let me know what you want."  

Now I read all your posts before doing that, and considered ignorning my long wait and the call all together, but decided that I want to ensure this all stops and not by hitting a button and still having to hear their messages. I'm waiting for someone to call me back and see what they have to say and how they act. Then I'm going to log into the BBB and the Fair Credit Reporting Act site and report them.. I encourage you all to do the same, the more hits they get they can and probably will be shut down. And from what I'm reading they need to be!

I just received a call from this number for the FIRST TIME EVER today. I picked up the phone and it was a recording saying that I (They used my maiden name I have been married for 2 years now) needed to contact them immediately about a debt I owe and that the call was the final notice before they contact an attorney and take my case to court. So I called them back and it didn't even ring once it took me to an answering machine that asked my name and #. Then 10 minutes later I called back trying to catch the name of the company it took about 6 rings this time for the answering machine to pick up. Turns out they NEVER say the name of the company in the call nor the answering machine. So if I really do owe someone money (which I don't) then they can try and bring an attorney in to it.

This is a company and they keep calling with just a recording saying that this is the last call that our company will get before this matter is turned over to an attorney.  They leave the phone number but nothing else to identify what company they are calling for that says we owe them money.  I have called back twice and just get a recording to say leave your name, phone number, and reference number. I have left messages saying that I have no idea who they are representing and cannot send money that they think is owing if I have no information to look up see if they are even a vendor.  Have never talked to a person.  The only thing I have is a phone number that they left 800-494-5705 never left a company name. Thank you to all who have made comments before me.  Now I have more information than I did before.

I got this number about 1 year ago. It's a residence. They call and a robotic voice sez "we have tried to reach  "......." several times,  this is the last chance for  "..............." to call b4 this business matter is escalated to a law firm.

It is urgent that "................." call 18004945705 AGAIN this is the last chance for "......" to call....

I am not "..............." and don't know who they are.... ( a business )

The Caller id sez 817-864-3359???  If you call an "800" number they get the number you are calling from.... NEVER DIAL AN 800 NUMBER!!! THEN YOU ARE ON THEIR LISTS!!!!

SCAMMER TRYING TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO GIVING OUT THEIR INFO I GUESS.....

I just came into my office this morning to find a message on my machine. It was a recording, as the first part of it was cut off, due to my outgoing message. All it said was that "my name" dba "my company" must call this number, and that this was my last chance to call, or it would go to a law firm.  Didn't say who or what it was about, but then that was most likely the part that was cut off.

I have been getting calls about 2x a week from this number. They don't answer when I call. A lot of people here stated that had to do with businesses and utility companies in Texas. I am in Missouri. I don't own a business, so why are they calling?
