These idiots call every couple of months I just laugh at them, they threaten me with legal action I tell them to send the police I need the vacation cash call collectors will make threats if they call you just hang up give them no info on your bank accounts they will take as much as they can and leave you broke they are the biggest scam artist in the country their loans and percentage rates are illegal pay them nothing let it go to court and they will lose.

These thugs are SCAMMERS!!! They buy old debts and try to scare people into paying them, DO NOT!!

They called claiming to be the Law Office of Scott Carruthers. I work at an attorney's office so promptly did my research. Scott Carruthers is suspended from practicing law at this time for falsely trying to collect debts. I haven't returned the call yet, but if they call back I intend to ask for his bar number and report him.

This number keeps calling me and calling me from an unknown number and leaves a message i cant even understand.
First they called my siater looking for me but she didnt give my number. So now they have it. I have blocked them numirous time now that is unknwon i have no way to block. They claim to be a law office is been a week now andtbey are still calling. What else can i do. They have yet to call my work. I hoping they never do.

I received a harassment voice msg on the phone left with my work and my personal telephone.  When I told the gentleman to send me a paperwork regarding the issue, he refused to do so.  He said that per their policy, they just send it to one time and that's it.  It doesn't sound legit.

This is deffinetly a scam. They called me  from a brian regarding a private student loan. Saying the School was sueing me for not paying. I ended up giving them my info. After I looked them up I found that they didn't even exist. I stopped the paymens and changed my bank. When they finally noticed they started calling non stop. I only answered once and he sounded very unprofessinal, asking why I couldn't pay if I was working. He sounded desperate like his paycheck was on the line. No thanks.

This number keeps blowing up my phone.

My co worker received a call today looking for me. When my co worker refused to share my number they asked to transfer the call to my supervisor. Who are this people? How can we protect ourselves from this harassment. Who gives them the right to contact ouremployer? When I called them to find out why they are looking for me the response was about a Loan Me Account which I've never used nor even had any dealings with. I'm very protective of my credit and will definitely not ruin or use it so when I asked them to give me the account information and the dates of the loan the person on the phone refused to give it, but rather he wants my information such as address and phone number. This is ridiculous. How can this people operate in such manner. What happen to PHI rules and credit policy?

I got a call on my cell looking for my ex. They asked if he was still working at T-Mobile. I told them no, he hasnt worked there in a number of years. The rep. responded with, "oh really, because I spoke with his co-workers and they said he was on lunch. I literally laughed, bc my ex doesn't even live in California anymore. Like really guy!? I told him to take me off and he said he would. When I googled the number, this "lawyer" has had issues in other states doing the exact same thing.

This "company" called my sister asking if she knew me and they had to talk to me. My sister called me and gave me the info. They said I owed 10,000 dollars or they would sue me. Any questions I asked them they refused to answer. They have a lot of info about me which makes me very uncomfortable but they are clearly scam artists. They are extremely rude and say very rude and personal things. They told me to go beg my neighbors for money or call my dad and have him send you money. They are awful people.  Do not fall for these people if they call you. I'm going to report them to the BBB.

They keep calling.  Today I had had enough.  This woman talked about car service running out.  I interrupted her and asked what company?  She kept saying the car service company.  I told her she was not listening to me, and turned it on her, asking her questions.  All she kept repeating was that she was from the car service dept.  I hung up!
