Bob from Enhanced Recovery Company message.  Only called once. They must have sold whatever info they had on my to another company.  Thats all these companies do, sell your info "real or fake" back and forth to each other. Deny, Deny, Deny. Even if you owe a bill or not, deny everything.

Kathy I am getting the same thing.  I actually spoke with someone today who had a very nasty disposition.  I told them to stop calling me.  They called me at work on top of it.  I get calls like this every day for other employee's and always tell them to stop calling.  I was very surprised when they asked for me. :0  ruthless people, and job!

Calling for some person I never heard of trying to collect money

I have received a call from this number 1-800-496-8916 and the message left was a reference number is # 46330167. I tried to look up the website www.kerc.com and it does not exist. I am glad I looked this up I would have been out of funds thinking I owed a debt.

You NEVER give anyone your information over the phone unless you call them, and you know where they are from!!

Same as everyone else - I didn't answer and they hang up without a message.  I called the number back and got an automated response with several selections - They are most likely a bogus collection agency.  One choice was to have my number removed from their system, so I picked that.  Automated response was that they would remove my number from their "system".  We'll see...................

The calls I receive are for a Debra K. Kenderly Wilson... I am not her... Collection calls from different agencies daily.  This has been going on for over 5 years.  Twice I've had sheriff's deputies on my door step to serve her summons.  Incredibly, my credit has not been affected because apparently she only has my address and telephone number.  I hope I meet up with the b**ch before I die.

The same thing is happening to me and sorry no one is getting my money until I see a bill.  They deffinitely will not get any of my numbers.  Uncool in this day and age to give out anything.

Well, they seem to be collecting bad debits, The call was for my EX (we have been divorced for 12 years). I told them this and they removed the # from their records....yeah, right!! We'll see if that is so!

I am 15 years old and just about 3-4 days ago, this guy named "Bob" called from ERC and said that if you are not Guillermo Ramirez (my already DEPORTED father), then please erase this message. Then they rambled on how they are a collection agency for DEAD BODIES??? My 11 year old brother was the first one to listen to the message and he deleted it right away. The second time they called again and that time I deleted the message. Then JUST TODAY, about half an hour ago, they called again and I deleted the message and began to do reserach on "ERC" or "KERC" (the website they state after the message) and came across this thread. Now I am going to to have to tell my mom and plan on what we have to do next :/. He gives the same number (that 800-496-8916 number). I hope this stops ASAP :( it scares my younger brother.

I have been receiving calls starting at 8am and going on until after 9pm for several days now.  Today I finally answered the call to see who it is. Automated voice, asking for Gary Smallwood, and giving a reference number so fast that I couldn't get it written down. Told me to contact them and also gave the website www.payerc.com.  Tried to call them back and also tried website to let them know they have the wrong number...no luck.

This company has called me six days a week for the last four months.  Today was the first day I could get information.  My phone carrier told me since this company blocked their number that they would not be able to give me my phone records because of homeland security laws.  WHAT??????

I am being contacted six days a week between the hours of 8-9:00am by a company blocking its calls and I cannot get my phone records from my carrier.  Anyone in Florida asking for their phone records?  I am also on the do not call list, but was told that did not pertain to collectors and politicians

To top it off, I am not even the right person.  They are calling me for someone I fired over ten years ago.  I hope some law maker reads this.  Once again the taxpayer is punished by corporations hiding behind anonymity.

This is an automated message asking for ESPERANZA TREVINO.  There is no such person at this number.  The automated call tell you if you are NOT Esperanza Trevino to delete call but gives no instructions on how to do this.  It then tell you to call the 1 800 number.  ESPERANZA TREVINO Enchanced Recovery Company is looking for you.  I have now hooked up my phone to fax machine and/or blocked number.

800-496-8916 keeps calling and i can't get them to quit-the cell phone and landline.

Got three messages from kerc.com, telling me to call 693-3536.

Now the number kerc is calling  from is 800 501-7759

Lisa;  That is the same number they use for us, PLUS a few others, even a local area code is sometime used.  Same as other people get.....early in the AM and up till nine at night and even on Saturday.  This has been going on for over a year and we too do not want to change the phone number because of the inconvenience to everyone. You would think something could be done by someone, ie: phone company, law, something!
