This woman left a message basically "commanding" me (as IF!) to call her at this number.  Her message was simply, "Lynne, call me back at 800-504-2401."  No explanation of who she is, or from what company.   What ever happened to the "no call" list??????????????

Got a demanding voice mail from a Robert to call back immediately today.  The number left on the voice mail was 1-800-504-2401 ext 5715. Voice was rude and demanding.

Received a voice mail at 8:43a on 7/29/09. Very rude gentleman by the name of Robert left a message that I needed to contact him today. The number to call back was 1-800-504-2401 ext 5715.  Immediately at 8:44 on 07/29/09, the caller left the same name and call back number. Both messages were demanding and rude. After some research, I believe I have found this number is registered to Capital Management.  This one of many, many numbers used by this company.

800-504-2401 This number is CONTINUOUSLY calling my 14 year old son's brand new cell phone NONSTOP looking for someone that clearly is NOT at the number they are calling.

I have since started answering my son's cell phone when they call, and the last few calls came in at the MIDDLE of the NIGHT at 1 AM, 3 AM and 5AM. Each and every time, they keep asking for someone we do NOT know. There is NO one named "Glen" at this number. That's NOT my name, it's NOT my son's name, it's NOT my younger son's name and it's NOT my wife's name.

Note directly to Capital Management:

* We do NOT owe you anything.
* We are NOT who you are looking for.
* My son JUST got this new cell number a few months ago.
* Continuously calling his number is considered harassment.
* Calling at the hours you are calling violates a Federal Law.

It also seems that you've already been sued in the past.

If you continue to harass my MINOR child, I WILL sue you as well.

I have already told them over 8 times now, as well as taking my personal time to contact them directly by calling THEIR number and leaving a message informing them that they have the WRONG NUMBER and if they continue to call, I WILL be contacting the BBB, the FCC, Sprint/Nextel and our local Police Department, as well as the District Attorney's Office both here and in New York.

Well, they are STILL calling. Guess it's time to step up the legal actions against them.

PLEASE STOP THE HARRASSING CALLS AND STOP HARRASSING MY FAMILY

Person named John Andrews call my FATHER, told him he was given his phone number by me a few years ago while I was looking for a job. This is a complete lie as I have not lived at home for 25 years. My dad was hoodwinked into thinking that this was a legit business opportunity for me and gave him both my number and my wifes number! This lead to repeated phone calls from this business at all hours of the day and is getting rediculous.

I recieved a call from a Ken Chambers of Capital Management Services on 07/18/2011.
I knew the person he sought years ago, but no longer maintain contact.
Number given me was 1-800-504-2401, ext. 5196.
I guess he last contacted the person he sought in 2009. When asked if he was a debt collector,
he said he wasn't. I don't mind passing on a message to a mutual contact that could pass on the info,
but because he was somewhat vague I did a reverse look up and saw all the ear markings this company as a debt collection agency. I resent being lied to--
The message was passed.
But I will not engage in any further conversations because of the lying..

Someone name Anne Rice said they were calling regard Juliann Brendan and for me to call her back, neither of these names are familiar to me or anyone I know so I will not be calling back.

Anne Rice writes excellent books.        Perhaps a "borrowed name"

Received call from Capital Management Services LP from Buffalo, New York.Is this a legitimate business?

Received a call from 1 800 504 2490 and asked me to call them back for a case # "something". The person i have to contact is Robert. I realiaze this call is from Capital management Services. I owe nobody anything. Thanks to everyone here who raised their voice and i now know that they are calling us for fun. Just ignore them. If persists, take action.

Called my cell asking for my mother in law. Told them there's no one by that name at this number.

Called and hung up on my answering machine. I called number back and spoke with Rep. asked to take number of their list, I am on do not call list. Told me this was contact # for someone else. I told them they had wrong info and to stop calling. They said would remove my number. Let's see what happens.

Very rude people commanding me to call them back. I returned the call and it was some Capitol company or so

Emily left a message about student loan forgiveness.  Told me to call back immediately because it would get cancelled soon

Got a call from a girl...could not understand the Company she was calling from until I looked up the number she called from and found this report board.  Told me they were a debt collector, which I don't owe anyone money, and to call back (888) 719-2110.  We'll see if they continue to call.

"we have an important message from capital management services, this is a call from a debt collector please call 1-800-504-2401" was the voicemail left on my phone. I researched into this company and could not find a 1-800-504-2401 number listed on their site so I do not believe they are using capital management services name with a faulty number

I receive 4 call a day stating phone call is being recorded looking for a person that the name changes every phone call. I asked who is calling. Capital management.  I told them to stop calling.
