A recorded message says his name is Robert Anderson and he has sent us a letter regarding a utility.  Then the 800 number is given.  I finally called the number and it's a debt collection agency.  It's bogus.  There is nothing outstanding that would cause a debt collection agency to contact my home.

We received the same bill and phone calls. I knew that we didn't owe any money so I called National Grid and them confirmed we had a zero balance and that the account number on the bill was not ours.

Make sure you call the actual utility company and verify that you owe money and the account number is actually yours. In this economy there are lots of scams, they are not getting a dime from me. It's sad because many people will just send them money to stop the phone calls.

THEY JUST CALLED MY UNLISTED PHONE # 6X!!!!!!!! I BLOCKED THEM! NOW, ALL THEY GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL. TODAY WASN'T THE FIRST TIME THEY CALLED. ALSO, MY LANDLINE ANSWERING MACHINE IS KEPT FULL. IF MY FRIENDS WANT ME, THEY KNOW TO CALL MY CELL PHONE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY CELL NUMBER, I HAVE NO WISH TO SPEAK TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Robert Anderson keeps calling me and telling me to call him back.  This is a bogus number.

Keep getting calls from RUI Credit Services, looking for someone with the same last name.  I am not him.  Stop Calling

i just got a call from this number, it was a recorded message about an outstanding bill. i am not late on any bills. they hung up before they even finished the message. i will not call back. i think this is a scam. be careful!

On call waiting and listening to their music. Not sure what this is about. Gave me a reference number. Ah just reached their voice mail box. No idea what this is about. Don't think I owe anyone anything.

Why I received the telephone call from this number on my cell?

I don't know why they called me.

I think that this is legitimate.  Unless, of course, someone else gave YOUR number to THEIR utility company.  

I had an overdue Time Warner bill due to confusion after cancelling an account.  I called back and RUI asked for the phone number they called me on.  They had all the correct information about me and about the amount of money I owed.

Received tremendous calls from a Collection Agency on a Pre-Paid Phone.  The It was an automated calling.  Received one call from a live caller who did not know my name.  Next, received a call on my home phone number.  I believe that they received these numbers by entering my property and then getting the warranty information off of one equipment.  Looked up the tool free number it was not RUJ was not the owner on one Tool Free Number Look up Address.
  Twice they were told not to call my phone and twice they had to process a reference number to stop calling both cell phone and home phone.  They are costing people money with there pre-paid phone service and when you call back to find out how they got your number they will not answer the phone.

I've been getting calls every day from a different collection agency looking for a Jennifer.  Now 800 507 4275 is calling looking for her.  I think these collection agencies just pass the numbers around.  FYI, I am temping at a large co, there is no Jennifer here, this phone wasn't even hooked up until a week ago.  I just say she's not here, may I take a message.  No point getting upset at work.

I used to work for the compay. I can assure you that there is no identity theft involved with this company what so ever. In fact, such high security is put into place, it was almost creepy as an employee. There are security cameras over everyones desk, complete with audio recordings, as well as every single phone call is recorded. The owner of the company has everyone on a monitor on his office so he may over see things.

RUI works for NStar, National Grid, Con-Edison, and Time Warner Cable. If you dont pay, they will call you.

A Tammy from this # has called several times. They called my sister's cell # & asked her for my social security # and birth date & didn't say why they wanted it. She didn't give it to them!! They keep calling her, she keeps ignoring them.

RUI formerly known as OXFORD MANAGEMENT SERVICES and shut down MARCH 2011, they were fined by the federal trade commission for FDCPA countless violations and non payment to their own creditors, and. They are currently being sued in a class action suit in New York. My ph# 561-729-1454

If they are so wonderful, do you still work there? Why they not pay their creditors they owe from their former company OXFORD MANAGEMENT SERVICS.
