"They know I get paid bi weekly"  LOL so do most other people. That's  no excuse. Just pay your bill and at least tell them when you'll make it. You can't ride for free. And maybe if they knew you'd be late paying they wouldn't have approved you for the damn loan.

This is the second time they've called.

The call comes every hour, then hangs up as soon as I start speaking!!

I lost my job about 3 months now, I still managed to make payment to HFS, but they'll harass you three times a day seven days a week. Finally got the great office from a big company. Will get rid of my Hyundai never purchase another one, back to Toyota, they'll simply put a note on their system and charge you a late fee after 10 day grace period. Never Buy Another Hyundai.

Best part is now I'm still in their grace period, but nooooo they'll harass the sh**t out of you.

They call 4x a day maybe more !  ALL DAY ! I. So annoying !

It's Hyundai Motor Finance. They are SCAM ARTISTS, basically will run your auto pay as agreed until the final two months of your lease. Then they shut off the payments, don't notify you via email that you have missed anything, and start hitting you with late payments. I WILL NEVER DRIVE A HYUNDAI AGAIN!

They call up to 7 times a day and when I call, they don’t answer

Whoever this is calls our number multiple times a day.  This is a church phone number not a home.  I tried to call them but I got some kind of special promotion for towing, oil changes, etc.  This has been going on for at least the six years I've worked in this office.  I really wish they would quit calling.

Yeah but thats your problem.
You made promise to them when you signed contract.
Dont complant online about your sufficient money issue.

Never had one, Niw I never will. Have this # for 6 years🤑! They an call all they wan as it costs me nothing !!! It keeps some poor person employed.

They'll send a debt collector after you to wake you up at 8:00am sharp even if you're not 30+ days past due. Scummy company. Hyundai doesn't respect their customers. Don't buy a Hyundai.

Any "little extra" you pay on a payment goes to your principal balance at the time of the payment. You will still owe a full payment the next month.

Hyundai Motor Finance are the WORST people to deal with. Payment was due on the 25th and starting getting calls on the 26th. I didn't recognize the number and they called 4-5 times a day.

True, but to start calling you non-stop the day after your payment was due, especially since there is a 5-day grace period!

called everyday even Sunday, starts at 8:00 am and end around 10:30 pm, granted I did miss a payment but paid extra on very next payment but they call for the balance of the missed payment.Was in the hospital and could not make payments, when I got home I paid them over $2000.00 which left a balance of little less than $300, ANd they immediately want to know if I could make the balance payment then. Never again not even if my life depended on it.
