Receive calls from this on a daily baasis...at least 2-3 a day.  I read on here that it was a company working for Virgin Mobile who I am with so I sent Virgin a nasty email and the calls stopped for about a month.  They have now started back up again.  I answered one day and the lady started to talk and I let her know that I pay for my minutes and she was wasting my hard earned money and to not call this # again.  I then called the # back and put my # on their do no call list and it said it would be done within 72 hours.  Well it's been 48 and the calls have INCREASED! We will see if they do stop after the 72 hours.

Just received another call from them on my Virgin vell.  I told the woman that I was supposed to be on their do not call lst and she apologized and said she would make sure my # was removed so I wouldn't be bothered again.  Let's see if this works.

does anyone know how to "block" this number from a phone [virgin prepaid]

You can block numbers if you have a particular type of Panasonic cordless phone. I love it! A recording comes on and says "Your number is blocked", and then hangs up.

this is total crap. Virgin mobile & Skype? hmmmm..... seems a bit fishy to me that Ive had my phone for nearly a year now and never had a phone call from this number before and I am using skype for about a week and suddenly I am getting phone calls from this number? Bit too much of a coincidence if you ask me.

I am sorry to hear that Bell acquired Virgin Mobile.  I never knew that all along.

I am with Virgin too.  I have received 3 calls on my cell phone from this number in less than 24 hours.  Annoying and unwanted.  I only use my cell to text; I don't respond to any calls.

I am a Virgin customer (Victoria BC) as well on pay as you go. My bet is its Virgin making these calls to eat your minutes so their "PROFITS" go up.

I'm with Virgin also and I just got a call the other day.

Getting a call from this # everyday for the last 10 days but do not answer because it is an unknown #. Time for Virgin to step in and get them off our backs already!!!

Company associated with Virgin Mobile.  Called me 4 days ago offering to change me to a $20 a month rate.  Advised her I prefer pay as you go since the $100 card lasts me a year.  Got a call each day since.  Answered today,same woman.   Told her I already said no, asked her to stop calling and place me on do not call list.  Hope it works.

Thanks for all the info above.  I too called and was able to add my number to the do not call list.  Had to go through a voice message first.  Took just over a minute.

I got 2 calls from this number, the first time I didn't answer it, but the second time i did.
They asked for a Dina Collins. They kept repeating "virgin mobile phone", They told me to call back once Dina was available. but there wasn't a dina. It sounded like a man in his late teens, early 20s.

My Virgin Mobile rang with this number and I didn't answer. I looked up the number here and my house phone started ringing 1-888-999-2321 which I searched and IS Virgin Mobile. I didn't answer the house phone so they called right back. I didn't answer again and then my mobile starting ringing with this 7643 number.
Harassment or what?!!!!!!!
I'm a pay as you go because I hate mobile phones and only want one for safety reasons. I don't need anything more than I have! BACK OFF AND LEAVE ME ALONE!
I think I'll be checking out other companies as a result of this!
