Medical debt collector - wouldn't speak to me unless I faxed legal docs appointing me as mother's conservator/guardian. Said they would call me right back. Been waiting for 2 hrs now for that call back so I can discuss settling this debt for my mom. Guess they don't want to be paid....

Same thing happened to my husband today. Asked him was he so and so then was his date of birth so and so but wouldn't tell him who they were or what they wanted

After 2 previous calls from them and advising them not to call my number again they once again called me at 8:14 AM on Monday Jan 9th 2017. This woman had some set of balls on her to be calling before 9 AM. I have worked at call centers and know the laws of what times they can call. They also sent me a letter in the mail with no return address on it and when you look through the window it is printed on paper that looks more like a check. This company is very persistent. I am surprised they haven't sent someone to my home to knock on my door.

The call came up as Toll Free Call with no name

The meanest call I have ever received !! Got a call from an 800- number claiming his name as mark from a collection agency asked to confirm my name and birth year and that he is collecting money on behalf of CHS which I have an account with and it has been paid on monthly basis, he asked for a payment I said we have been mailing them on a monthly basis he "meanly" said that he is notating the account that patient refused to make a payment and I said we just paid he said I'm ending my call with you here notating that you are refusing to pay... how do I know who they are and give them my card number... no respect at all I wonder if they are a scam!!!
I said when I receive a bill I'll mail a payment back on the account but I am not making a payment on the phone! and this was after I called back after he hung up on!! he said if you don't make a payment now I am notating your account as uncollected!! and he said "I'm hanging up on you ma'am.." I said you are too nice!!! I'll make my payment when I receive a bill!
