This number is a SCAM, just hang up on these trolls. I would really like to get my hands around their necks and throttle them.

Not likely. That has never worked for me.

Likely coming from Lowes credit card company - I believe it is now Synchrony Bank.   Problem is it is an automated message that does not identify where they are calling from, or what they are calling about.  They state it's a call for <insert name on the account> and then give a bunch of prompts - press 1 if this is you, press 2 if you need a minute to get them, or press * to be transferred to an account rep.   Of course we've all heard of scams where you don't press any numbers from a robo-call or maybe you'll get transferred out of the country and get a bunch of charges, or give them full access to dial from your phone.

It seems pretty simple.  If they can program the automated system to say your name, they can program the message to let you know they are calling in regards to your Lowes Credit Card account.  Maybe then people would respond.  Instead I have to deal ignoring these calls multiple times a day.

Note to Lowes - yes my account is late.  I forgot to pay it last month.  I will pay the full amount plus the late fee by the next due date.  I don't need you to call me several times a day for 3 weeks.

This is the most annoying caller. They have called 12 times in the past two days. I don't know how to stop it. My husband is ill, and; every time I need to answer the phone it takes away from his personal care time. They are driving me CRAZY.  Since they never leave a message, I wonder if I am missing something important.  I Googled SYNCHRONY and it seems to be a financial sort of company. There should be no reason they are calling me. Please help.

Calls all the time, as early as 8 am on Sunday. They never answer when I pick up.
