    Unless the number is being spoofed, it doesn't appear to be a SCAM call.  Call back gets, "Thank you for calling Fisher Investments Private Client Group."  It goes on to give you directions for leaving a message.   It is a well recognized and established wealth advising firm.  But, as I said, you may have received a call from a scammer spoofing the number.  If you are a client of this company, you may want to call using the published number on the website or the online customer portal.
