Call back gets, "Thank you for calling Signify Health."  Spoke briefly with the rep.  Unless the number is being spoofed for nefarious reasons, this is not a scam call.  She told me they are a scheduling company for various healthcare and insurance companies.  They call to schedule and verify appointments.  If you received a call from them, they might not have left a message because the information is sensitive and cannot be divulged unless they verify identity.  If you think they called you in error, you can call them using the published number on their website of the same name.
