Keept calling me and leaving voice mail on my cell phone - using up my minutes. I called back to remove my number some BLACK WITCH picked up the phone and yelled at me and hang up. Seriously, is there a way I can sue them for ruining my mood and having them pay some of my cell phone bills?

They freaking call me everyday while I am in class, and they are pissing me off..... I ignore it but it is getting to be really annoying

annoying.... some type of debt collection service. they don't even pretend to speak english.... yell on the phone etc.  blocked them and called BBB

First it was Harris and Harris, now its ERC.  Left no msg about what it was all about or the individuals name that called.  Sounded like a man in his 60's.  Also left a reference number, and there number to call back.

Very rude to call someone’s job especially to a job where I can not take personal calls

Called my parents and asked if i lived there-my mother told them i havent lived there in 25 years and keep asking for me by my maiden name.,,obviously this debt is over 20 years old since ive been married that long. They are buying old debts and trying to collect on them. What a joke! T
