They start calling even when you are 1 day late. I have asked for a change of due date, but they can't seem to figure that out. I have never not paid my bill and only owe $2000 on a $40,000 vehicle. They call constantly and don't keep up with any memos on your account, call your relatives and when I return their calls I get very polite folks in India who have no idea why I am being called. They lie and also denied that they received a government bailout - even though it clearly stated (at the time) on their site that they have received money.

I never owned a Chrysler but I have to say.... that company deserve what they're going through.  I hope all the harrassing and ridiculous phone calls come to an end fast for all of you.

These people are something else ... they keep calling for two people who I have never heard of and even after explaining that and telling them to stop calling, the calls continue.  Have contacted my state's AG as well as Conosumer Affairs and filed formal complaint.

I have been called for over a month straight now looking for someone who used to have my phone number.  I have never heard of the person and Crysler Financial keeps calling me even though I tell them not to.  I just had the number blocked because they were being so rude about it.  Never answer a call from this number.

Received a cell phone call in heavy traffic on 08/12/09 asking for David, which is not my name but that of a nephew that tragically died a horrible death several years ago. I immediatedly recalled the family's and mine horror of his passing. I replied that there was no one by that name at this number and spent the rest of the day being sad. Thanks to this site I now know that this was an accidental call - I hope! All his affairs/bills were taken care of by myself.  Almighty forbid that they are trying to sell anything.

Ive delt with these azzholes for 4 years and just made my last payment(thank god) and you couldnt be 1 day late before they started calling you. And then if you try to make a payment over the phone it costs you not only a $6 late fee but $15 to make a payment over the phone. Terrible company and hope they burn for it.

yea they are wonderful people.. I have a jeep.. scheduled a online payment after argueing with them for 2 days because they updated the web site..and it wouldn't take my info.. (I have had the jeep for almost 2 years) actually got their monthly payment and are still calling my cell and now they called my mother in law.. I don't owe anything until next month but they will not stop. They want you to set up the next month payment right away and then they can charge you 12.95 for western union fees.. they are even calling me at work now.. my boss has gotten to where he wont answer his phone. they are rude.. if I had the money for a down payment somewhere else and if I hadn't maxed out my credit getting this jeep (we were in a car accident and our car was completely wrecked) I would call and tell them to come and get it.

Yup, this is Chrysler's number. My current number formerly belonged to two women who are, from what I gather, delinquents. I get constant calls asking for these women who I've never met---from their relatives, and even their welfare service and a collect call from prison for one of them. I've had this phone number for years and why these women never bothered to update their number with their contacts is beyond me.

Anyway, Chrysler constantly calls me asking for one of these two women. When I tell them it's not their number and that I don't know the women they're asking for, they apologize and say they'll remove my number from their calling list. But like clockwork, three months later and they're calling again. The most recent call was on 12/11/09 from someone who called himself Mr. Shaq, or something like that. They even ask if I know how to get in touch with these women. I don't! I've never met them, nor do I want to! I've threatened legal action against them but they don't seem to care.

I don't know how to get Chrysler off my case. It's not fair that I'm continuously getting calls for these two women I've never met.

Not everyone just stops paying there car payment for no reason. Some people lose their
income, some get sick and can't work, and there are many reasons. Chrysler is the worst
company I have ever dealt with. I hope there go down the tube only because of Chrysler
Financial. It's okay for them not to pay their bill I guess. What losers.....

Paid my CHrysler payment a few days late, but they are still calling. I was within my "grace period" so i finally told them they had the wrong number and she said "so you dont know "our names" ?" I said no and she hung up. When i call Chrysler, I usually get a very pleasant person, even spoken with a supervisor there once who was most helpful, but I will not tolerate these constant calls on my cell phone especially when payment has been made.

well i see they are still at it, bunch of idiots you would think with the bail out money we all paid as tax payers they would be a little kinder to us all. The economy hurt thousands of us. Its been 2 yrs since i let my rig go back to dealer and now im glad i let it go because  my husband is out of work again due to a medical reason and we are trying to survive on just my pay which is not easy.
Chrysler still want s the deficiency they say i still owe them $9500.00 but they got a good price at the auction added to all the payments i made i dont see where they are out any monies. and even if they are by all means show where to find the extra to send them.

Looks like the little [***] angela jones and Steven lewis still work there how in the hell can the company survive with these two - they have caused chrysler so much in losses with all the repo's and voluntary surrenders its unbelievable can not wait till the bad times hit them then they will know what we all were going thru.

Add Nicole Mason to the list of ignorant Reps.  Point and case THEY WILL NOT SURVIVE!!!  I have 2 of 8 Business leases left with them left and NON will EVER go back to Chrysler; I am Business leases with ANYTHING NOT CHRYSLER as they expire.  The Reps are calling from Land Lines in various states.  I can already hear the inevitable News Reports  "CHRYSLER FAILS", "CHRYSLER ORDERED TO PAY BILLIONS IN VIOLATION OF FDCPA", "CHRYSLER IS GONE FOR GOOD"  CAN'T WAIT!!!!   Too bad the Reps and other workers are too ignorant to see that they are actually contributing to their OWN unemployment, and will SOON be on the other end of those calls.  What morons!!!
