Life Lock

caller spoke so fast that I was unable to get the message.   Must remember when talking on the phone to another to leave a message, the caller needs to speak slowly and exactly for a recorder to get the message clearly.  You can not speak on the phone to a recorder like you would in a common conversation.  And when the receiver has a hearing problem, then the receiver must go on the internet to find out who called.

I could not understand the caller because she spoke too fast. It seemed like she was giving me a phone number to call that was different from the number she was calling from. It was supposed to be from a Norton LifeLock number. But when I used Google Search to look for the number, it made no mention of Norton LifeLock. This lack of consistent info is super-confusing.

Do you have a Norton Life Lock account?  If so, go to the website and check your account or use the published number on the site.  This number is not listed on the Norton info page.  Here's the norton lifelock link:
