Saying they're Commenities Bank (never heard of them) and to call right away, but left message at 7:00pm???

I received a call today from them also and I did call back because Commentity is Victoria Secret and another credit card I have but when answered it was a women wanting to talk to something. I hung up quickly, as I realized it was a scam. Hopefully I hung up quickly enough

Just got this call and it’s on obvious scam.  Comenity wouldn’t call using a recording and tell you to call them back at a number different from that of the caller ID, which in this case was, 913-677-8300.

Communities bank is associated with Michael's craft store. If you have a credit card for that store, that's why they are calling.

First of all, it's Comenity, not Communities, secondly, Comenity Bank has 90 credit programs for retail businesses and finally, numbers can be spoofed so it behooves you to call the number on your card or Comenity Bank's number as published on their website.

You have to forgive her since she thinks that replying to a post made in 2016 is going to travel back through time to get to that person.
