Received a call at my place of business, asking to speak with a staff member. I told them they were not available, and if there is something I can help them with. This person, Nick, stated that he would like me to pass a message on to the person stating that it was urgent to return the call, as a customer, to UCL at 800-701-7565. I asked if I could relay what this was concerning. He said, "This is a personal matter, so I wont be discussing this information with you."
I told him that if it was personal, he needs to continue to use the employee's personal number, and to not disturb a place of business. to which he replied,
"Well once you pass this message along, you can tell him to remove this number from his listed numbers."
"No," I said, "I will let you guys handle that, do not call here again."

Receive calls everyday from them because an old acquaintance put me down as a reference. Now she is not paying her bill and they keep hounding me. I have not spoken to her in over a year and I keep telling them that. They are still calling.

Annonying as hell. No way for any group of professionals to act, or aspire to be associated with. Whatever your role if you choose to align yourself with this company, you are associated by the good and the bad.

Seeing as I did NOT sign up for any competition, or anything else, but continue to be harrassed by the company (and it is harrassment by any definition), I have taken the liberty to search for the said competition, and fill in the names and numbers of some of the local branch managers (ie store numbers). I have also attempted to put the number they are calling from lol and the free number...don't think it will work - whether they will have an automated filter, or just some non-brain dead staff - but the point is...anyone can put anyone elses random number into databases...

Received a call asking to speak with *** ******... And I ask her on the phone what company did you represent, they said "UCL" I asked "what is UCL it is an acronym. And could you please explain". They said "I would need to give them my phone number so they could look it up further".... I said "ok and hung up"  
I then did research UCL is a acronym for "United Cash Loans", I did further research and found there a Sub Company to a Collections Agency that find out as much information as they can and passes it on to the Collections Agencies......
Even though you’re in debt people still need money to survive. Cash loans are a way to help… So the Collections Agencies people have figured out the best way to find out there client list information is to pose as a Loan Company then passes the information on…. Be where...

Autumn - the only way to get them to stop taking payments out is to close your account.

this number 800-701-7565 keeps calling me at work. one of my co-workers answered and was annoyed. i work in a grocery store as a cashier and cant take phone calls so i wish they would stop calling cause they will be reported again.

800-354-0602  - Just another UCL number calling me stating that an individual left my number as a leave a message number.

Rude threatening phone calls to old phone numbers (now parents number only)  Called back and it says  Offices Closed Due to the weather.  Never took out a loan, another scam trying to get money out of people.

Yep. Best advice is to simply ignore them. Don't engage them at all. They operate outside the law.
