Whoever they claim i owe money to better call me themselves otherwise they will never get it as long as NCO is calling for them. Oh and by the way, the people that wk for NCO is obviously Rude because they work for peanuts and see all the money coming into the co because the reps who make the collection calls get nothing for what they collect.......Get up out your seat and walk out and get a real job people!!!

WHAT'S GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!

Called and a recording said they were a debt collection company.  It sounded like they also said this was NOT an attempt to collect a debt.  The instructions were to call 'John Buckley' at the number given.

These people call me fm 8 in the morning to 8 pm daily everyday  i do have a debt, but these people are very rude to talk to they told me that i needed to get a job to pay them wtf theyre nobody to tell me what i need to do in my life . dont answer theyre not gonna help you in anyway all they want is to get paid

they call me 2 times a day , no body say any thing , they just hang up , i don;t have any debt for them to call me ,

An automated machine called, didn't say who for but mentioned that it was "important", debt collection, any information would (could?) be recorded. I did call them and they asked my name (not friendly) and asked me if I was a Tom Nelson. "no?" and then they said they would take me off their list.

My 1st call from them. There isn't anything outstanding, So I always check here 1st. It seems like they need some large type ink consuming, 100 page faxes so they dont left out. Thanks for all you info.

This is a predatory scam--DO NOT PAY THESE FOOLS ANYTHING!!! Report them to any and all entities and people you can. Illegal enterprises like this usually have hundreds of phone numbers to use, so they are hard to track down and generally spring up again like stink weed. Tell everyone you know or can email to google all suspicious phone numbers they are called from BEFORE returning any calls. You will be astounded how many criminals are out there in this time of economic crisis ready to steal your money. BEWARE!!!!!

i keep getting calls for a ronnie taylor from ncl financial systems.  there is no ronnie taylor at this address or telephone number.  sometimes the calls are automated, sometimes an actual person who refuses to indentify himself.

Apparently these "classy" well-trained, guard dogs, will bark up the wrong tree.
My uncle has a student loan from 20 years ago.  Im the lucky chap that has the same name as my dead beat uncle.  So "John davis" the collector thinks i'm lieing... He thinks im just denying that Im my uncle.  WE HAVE THE SAME FREAKEN NAME!!! Anyways... These guys will call and call until a person might need therapy.  I CANT SLEEP WITH OUT THEM CALLING.  So i decided to help my uncle take care of this matter for good.  Of course my recommendation and any professional will tell you "Its always best to make payments!" but its always best to know your options before negotiating with these "Classy" Collectors.  Heres a website I found that some "Student Loan collector" Made... Hes a collector so i still hate him, but personally I think this is the first time some one actually came out the laid out the rules on the table.  Its a mystery as to why this type of thing isn't more accessible.

How do you go about suing these [***]? For nearly a year these a**holes have been ringing my phone at least 3 - 4 times a day, 6 - 7 days a week!! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!

Calling my cell that I've owned the number 10 years, looking for the wrong person, and I owe NO DEBT. I practically don'teven have credit because I just use debit cards, never had a car loan, mortgage, or credit card.

The calls from NCO started last week. One call every evening so far - a recorded message that tells me I owe someone money. The recording never refers to me by my name, nor does it make reference to whom I'm supposed to owe money. I don't owe anybody money. I haven't received anything in the mail about a past unpaid account. In fact, my credit record is excellent and in the highest percentage of the country.

I won't return the call. I believe this is a scam. How do I know my return call to NCO won't connect me to someone in Pakistan, and then charge me a huge long-distance call?

I've reported this outfit as a violator of the Do Not Call List, but only two days ago. The calls keep coming.

If you're receiving calls from these people, and you're on the Do Not Call List, report them. If enough of us do that action will be taken.

Once you return their calls, they have you.  

Most times they do not know if you are the person they want or not.  If , for example, they are looking for a “John Smith” from Chicago, they will robo call every John Smith in that city in the hope that somebody will call them back, maybe the person they are looking for, and they can get the info they are looking for.  

So, if you do not owe anybody money and they call you, they are probably looking for somebody with your last name, possible somebody in your family, or your name may have been put on a loan application as a “reference” or “nearest living family” member.  That is how they look for the person who owes the debt if they cannot find them otherwise.  They are guessing and they are hoping that somebody will give them the location of the person who owes the debt.

In almost all cases, outstanding debts will not be sent to collections until you are first notified by the person or company you owe the money.  For example, a family member who use to live with me owed the County $8,000.  Suddenly, a County Sheriff showed up at my house and tacked a “Warrant of Debt” on my door.  I told the sheriff, the person did not live here anymore and I did not know where he was.  The sheriff said he did not care and drove off.  Shortly after that, the debt collectors started to call.  I always block their numbers so I am not bothered be any repeated calls.

So if you do not have any outstanding debts, do not call them.  Good luck.

NCO is a debt collecting company for hundreds of different companies. I notice that a lot of the times when I look at these websites for phone numbers, everyone is on here calling everyone a bunch of names and claiming they don't owe any money. You know what? I call HORSESH*T. NCO isn't a telemarketing scam, or a "we're going to steal your hard earned money" type of scam; they are a legit debt collecting company.

They could be calling in regards to a hundred different things; credit cards you may owe own, checking account you may have gone negative in, medical bills, cellphone bills, house phone bills... you name it, they handle it.

The people who are thieves are most of you. I don't need to know you personally to know that everyone has debt, and all these people are doing is their job by trying to collect that debt because YOU OWE that money to people. Not paying it would make you the thieving scammers.

You're all so stupid. I hope they sue you for the money you lie about owing and refuse to pay. They can do that you know...

Who is NCO? and who is Antwane Jefferson? If they keep calling I'm going to put a harassment suit on them! Do not answer the phone number 800-709-8625. I don't think this is a company real company I think they are scamers! Avoid phone calls!!!!
