I called the number back (800)730-0197 and asked for my number to be taken off their call list. The lady took my number and she knew my name and said it would be 24 hours to get my number off because it was an auto-dialer calling everyone so, I guess I will see in the next couple of days if I get another call.

Regal Empress Cruise lines... received a voucher that is good towards 6 night stay in ft lauderdale, free rental car with unlimited miles during the stay and two night cruise to the Bahamas.

Sounded too good to be true, especially since they were asking for my credit card information to confirm the trip.  I wanted some more information but was told that I would get a package with dvd included once I paid the $800 difference from the voucher.

I was supposedly speaking to the marketing director of these tours and he was very persistent.  When I asked if I can call back (to do some research online), he stated that it was a one call per household deal.

If it was legit then that wouldnt be true.  Sounds like the similar scams above.

The phone number came up as 000-000-0000 and I answered. I went through the survey questions and after it was over. I got on to the web site. I'm glad I noticed all your comments. I did go on to the Majestic cruise site. But it was only good for U.S.A. I don't own a credit card and I don't give out any info that isn't in the telephone book. I happy to pass on this information.

So this is how it works... they tell you everything you want to hear .. and you think you wona cruise right... well in order for you to reserve your cruise you have to give them credit information..... AHAH. but they told me i had 18 months to use this cruise. and i defintly had no idea when i was going to take this cruise. so what would i have to reserve... i asked them if i copuld call them back and see when i could book it... but no no no.. then needed it now. ONe call per household and everyhting else beyond the sun. sop moral of this commented story- dont give out your info unless your know darn sure who it is, and eeryhitng like that.. plus im sure if you had won.... they wouldnt fight with you to give you tickets..(there out for you money right)? just food for thouhgt.
if you have gotten scammed... see if you can block the charges or have them reversed before the 60 day mark hits... and try and not be so gullable the next time.

So, I also answered the survey, and then the calls started....  So, after telling them to stop calling, having them call over and over....  and then reading all the above postings, I logged onto the household surveys website.  It asked for my phone number, postal code and then email address....  It asked me to verify my personal information, which then changed to bogas entries.  I logged out and then tried to log in with my original info and it gave me a error....  So, I'll see if the calls finally stop....

i have been duped my these con merchants and handed over £250 for this so call wonderfull holiday.
Having received the wonderful pack they send you there is one line on the back of the terms and conditions which states "This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of a vacation ownership plan" in otherwords a time share.
It also means that you cannot go on all of the vacations at the same time so the cost would be so outstanding.
A very angry person i am for falling for this.

I just called the number back after they were rude to my wife. i googled the number and came across this site. We should post the number on as many sites as possible. I did not get that far into the conversation. I just asked for a supervisor and asked to be removed from the list. We will see if it works.

i actually work at this place located in fl, usa. it is a legit company, basically its a sales promotion where ramada has contracted with imperial majesty cruise lines to sell a cruise in connection with hotel visits in fort lauderdale . orlando, mexico and las vegas, all the information that is givin to u is true. and the vacation package is at a savings in exchange of taking  a tour of Vacation Village timeshare in weston, Fl. your only required to stay at least 90 mins. thats an hour and a half people! out of the 168 hours that youll be here in florida for the weeks vacation all we ask is 90min tour of the ownership resort to basically save about $500-900 on a vacation like this and we tell u about it on the phone call, ive been workin there for almost a year. and im planning on takeing the exact vacation package that im sellin at work next spring, you basically get 3/2 ftl Ramada Plaza resort, 3/2 Orlando ramada plaza resort 3/2 cruise to nassau bahamas a 7 day rental car with unlimited mileage. 3/2 to las vegas nevada and 4/3 puerto vallarta mexico. and all u need to pay id $498 for the ENTIRE VACATION! and then the $59pp port taxes due at the time of booking, its all legit you guys, if it wasnt then we couldnt stay in business and have affiliates with alamo and buget rent a car companies to provide u the car, La Hacienta Spa and resort in mexico, the golden nugget , imperial palace or ex calibir in las vegas nevada, universal studios, jungle queen,. and all we ask in return is to visit that tour, ill do it in a heart beat to save that much money. and to be quite honest this vacation is not for everyone , what i mean by that is that if ur someone of a very high income who is used to your first class flights and can affort to pay retail prices for hotels and car rentals per night then fine do so. and stay at a finer resort like Sandals and so on, but for the average american income of 30,000 or less this is a  really great deal. the reason y u keep gettin calls from the company is because we use a DIALER just like any call centers. its an automated server that automatically dails ur number  and an agent gives u the info when u answer. if u dont want to be called just simply asked to be placed on the DO NOT CALL LIST. dont say it in a rude manner just be polite and the rep will do so. and for anyone whos complaining the majority of u guys never bought the damn package so shut up, cuz if u did u would have gotten a nice envelope containing a DVD and brochure that shows u all locations and exciting this to do while down here in florida.  and u complain about us callin u, firstly the only way that we got ur contact info, is by doin a survey, fillin out a registration for at a trade show, goin to a hotel, car show or exhibition and was given the cruise certificate, responding to the win your cruise ads or surveys over the internet so be care full of where u put ur details. cuz u will be receiving a call about our offers  and u stupid people who get dazzeled when the see the word FREE who immediately puts their name address and phone number in some registration needs to read the fine print called the TERMS AND CONDITIONS  of this offer and if u did it simply states that u express interest about receiving information about our offers wether youre currently on a nationwide Do-Not-Call list, and will be contacted for further info. u dumb ppl are goin to get caught into the real scams out there instead

They have been calling me for 2 weeks now.  I turned them down and then a supervisor called and gave me a "better deal".  My question is what can we do to stop them from doing this.  It really frustrates me that hardworking people who are struggling and about to get married and are really stressed out about the honeymoon costs and all (I seriously was stoked when I first got that phone call with the "better deal" until I researched it)get this amazing offer that they can only wish about just to realize it is a scam!  I am so irritated right now.  What can we do, seriously, there has to be something we can do!

What is wrong with the society we live in?

The guy that called me sounded like he was from the States-almost like the old guy that lived next door while you were growing up-not like mean one, but rather the one that hooked u up for Halloween, and always said hi with a smile.-If anyone has any info as to the where about of this company PLEASE post the address! I would love to pay them a physical visit, and I'm sure others would as well.  I didnt give them my credit card-thank god, but they still wasted my time and as far as I'm concerned they deserve (even if they found a loop hole in the legal system) some form of justice.  So with that said, be glad you're nothing like these [***] Bags, because Karma is a B!tch!

I've never been pitched a more akward scam. These guys are so bad at this and yet as I did research after getting away I found people that gave a report of actually going on this "luxury" cruise. $2,500 spent plus hours of timeshare pitch with no chance of any refunds for broken promises. It's worth doing due diligence! If it seems too good to be true, research it harder. c
