I just got a call from this number. I did not answer, but I let it go to voicemail. When I checked vm, there was no message. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

Yes, I owe some money.  Who doesn't, in today's economic mess?  I have always been upfront that I am a disabled widow and my only income is from social security -- which legally they cannot garnish or touch.  The most significant challenge has been attempting to get a mailing address to send that cease and decist letter.  When I ask for that address they become hostile and hang up.  Tomorrow I  will contact my state's attorney general's to begin the process.  Their constant calls have caused my already precarious health to falter.  This is harrassment.  9 calls in 5 days, from 8 am until after 10 pm is offensive.
