Calls every 15 minutes, leaves no message or name on ID.

You know the quickest way to stop this is with the law in the first place. The thing is that by law you are not required to give your SSN to anyone other than an employer! How many times when you go to a hospital or a credit deal or on your utilities are you ask for it and the reason is for them to track you down to pay a bill.  If you tell them you do not give it out it is for an employer only there is nothing they can do!!!!! THEY CAN NOT DENY YOU SERVICE FOR ANY REASON!!  But this is how they get your numbers to your phone your address etc..... if you move. You also do not have to give them a home phone number etc.  For the ignorance above on bills and debt that they are not going away well sorry but the thing is in this country you can not go to jail over a debt!!!!! So what is it that you think I am truly supposed to be scared of? Call me all you like and I will document the time the date and any names I can get and I will record all the conversations as well and when I have someone yelling at me, and calling me a liar, threatening me with taking my home or personal property, etc.....then I will be more than happy to have the debt released in court for your negligence or have enough money out of you to pay it that is if I have not filed bankruped first..... Started calling and every time I went to get phone, by time I went to pick it up they stopped calling. No message Says unavailable on my phone. I only pick up calls that id who they are if it says the state or unavailable or no name. that equals not picking up. Send it to the mail I believe very little that is said on the phone nowadays.

I got a call from this number this afternoon from a Brandy at extension 8829. No real message left for me.

I just got a call from this same number and they asked for my wife (could not say our last name correctly) and took the number down and asked what is it about and who is calling they said that is personal and can only talk to my wife about it.  I said well than don't call me call her.  She said we will be calling everyday thank you!!!      We owe a hospital money but are making monthly payements as we set up with the hospital.  The billing department is saying we owe almost double and have asked for detailed receipts of the work done.   They said 5-7 days and it has been almost 3 weeks now.   Our records show (from insurance) that we owe what we are making monthly payments on...  Sounds like they are double dipping for payment.

Well, ........... We have heard the opinion of the Collection Agency Industry lackey.

I suggest you stop being the TOOL that you are and consider what many of these folks are going through. Medical bills are the number one reason for bankruptcy in this country and many off these people are going through a terrible hardship.

This is a collection agency, they are allowed by law to contact monday-saturday 8am to 9pm by the patients time. They are allowed to contact employers.

Also by law they are unable to leave voicemails.

people need to leave the FDCPA laws about collections before you go bashing a collection agency!
