call 10 x a day, will call house phone and then immediately call cell phone after that!  [***]!

This phone number belongs to Cubecard.  A credit card company who
wants to steal your money.  They have called my Mom 15 times in one day
and she is on the "do not call" list.  I have tried to email them, and you
can not send a email to them.  Makes me wonder about a company you can no
send and email to???  What kind of theif are they.  Do not give them
the time of day.

This number belongs to Qcard for QVC past due accounts

Received e-mail that a QCard payment was overdue, quoting a card number that i did not recognize.  The e-mail said to call 1-800-759-3298.  Looked on the QVC site and this phone number was not listed.  Called a phone number listed under QVCs FAQs (1-800-367-9444) and got connected to QVC Customer Service.  Customer Service said to call the phone number listed on the e-mail since they could not assist me.  They said that the card number quoted in the e-mail was not mine, but they did not know who it belonged to.  Called 1-800-759-3298 and did not respond to any of the automated questions regarding SSN and QCard number.  Got connected to Synchrony customer service representative, who somehow recognized who i was (i think).  He said my account was not overdue and that my account number that was stated in the e-mail was correct(!?!?!).  i asked why the number that i had been using and the Synchrony had were different and he said that he didn't know and that my account was OK.  What the heck?!?!?!?  Will stay away from using QCard from now on!!!!!

pay your bills and they wont call

I'm glad you posted that. I got a call today with msg on voicemail re qvc. I haven't ordered anything for yrs and I know my bill was paid in full. Thanks!

Caller leaves a message that the call is from QVC.  I checked my account and there were no reasons for this call from my Q card.  I think it may be a scam.

(To which I reply STOP) a reply text message followed: You have opted out. This account will not receive further Collections text messages.Info at 800-759-3298. I do not understand why qvc would have anything to do with me? Appears to be yet another SCAM attempt!

I had the same issue.  Calling 10 times a day.  If you call the number back, can’t get a live person, so I called QVC.  They were unsure why they were calling.  I pulled a bill and called the number on the bill for Synchrony.  They had no idea why they would be  calling.  I had them look at my account - up to date and my moms account - she has a negative balance.  I also looked at credit reports for both to make sure there was not a past due anywhere.  None.  I think it’s a scam.

Actually, it is Synchrony Bank QVC card trying to get a payment on an overdue QVC card account. Your mother must have an account she has not paid.

It is NOT QVC, but the QVC card thru Synchrony Bank! BIG DIFFERENCE!
