They are looking for a different person,NOT my underage child. If this continues, I will file harassment charges. I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong person, and this had better stop

I got a call from 800-767-7012 at 8:15am and nobody said anything.  I could hear typing and others speaking in the background and then I gave them a piece of my mind.  I called it back and a man answered, "Capital Management."

They have called me T E N times in the last two weeks. I think they left one message, a synthesized voice asking for a name I never heard of. They have used a few different numbers.

these ppl called my sisters number looking for me(how they got her number she doesn't know because her number is unpublished and she has moved to a new home.they are harrassing her .finally they call my cell phone looking for me asking me to have my wife call them(the cell phone was given to me by my husband so the # is in his name) so i know they are just Phishing.they said if we don't get a return call they are going to call my job.Had to look up who they were they were not willing to disclose too much about themselves other than they are wanting to collect some old debt.

why does this phone number keep calling my cell.  I have no debt

This number calls my work phone every day. It's a computer message saying it's for Robert Lawler...which is NOT my name.

These people have been calling me for well over a year using a computer calling system which states," If you are not this person, hang up now." then it says "by staying on the line you are acknowlaging that you ARE this person." I have followed their instructions exactly and also called them back in person. All to no avail. I have had this # for over 3 years. The person who had this # before did not pay thier bills. These fools have lost over 3 years chasing the wrong person.
Funniest thing: using the name they provided, I was able to find this person on line in less than 20 minutes, and  the rest of her dead beat family too. But these idiots will never know.

i get them calling every day and a namei  do not know. i tell them not to call. they call again and again. then they attempt to change the 800 number.. dont pick your phone up for 800 #... that will work!

I havebeen getting call from this nunmber many days. I just got one in this morning and I yelled to the man who were calling me. They have asked someone who I have never known.I'm tired of calling from this number.

Hahaha, great story! Typical that they have all these people, all that equipment, floor space overhead and all the rest, yet you, your computer and 20 minutes was all it really took to find the real person they were looking for. You should make Enhanced Recovery a job offer, you'd save them 10 times your salary!

This is a collection agency looking for the people who used to own my house. Not the telephone number, the house. As others have said the callers are less than cooperative, all questions and no answers.

They're diminishing my quality of life to hunt for a few pennies owed by somebody else. Our laws need to change.

You do one or two things.  You either ignore or you tell them how much you like their mothers lips and wish she could blow you again !!!!
